Scheduled to meet from 2-3pm today. Confirmed with him in the morning. I tried to get an ETA around 1pm as I both my partner and I are at work during the day and wanted to time when to meet. She had gone at 2pm and he finally called at 2:30 stating he'd be there around 3:15 (which we know in contractor time is not 3:15).
