My inspector arrived on time and immediately began to inspect my home. He was very thorough and took pictures of the minor infraction that I can address them to my builder. He did an excellent job and I definitely recommend!!!

I would probably say be more in depth after paying for inspection I did a walk through, all base boards were scratched up, backyard fence was loose, exposed nails, couple chipping on door frames, missing screws on door hinges, only a 1266sq but I guess they would say these are cosmetic things , but they did mark a leak under my sink, says the checked the outlets, found a loose vent on my roof, other than that it would be nice to check sprinklers, drainage etc, oh communication is iffy with them but could be because it’s only 2 of them, 2 months in I also found out my house was not exhausting because hvac left the cover on the furnace exhaust fan, I moved in my home in November just a late review I forgot to submit in here, also my front and back doors had water leaks you could close my door and see straight outside

Great work- east to book and efficient. Very detailed!

Inspection wasn't very thorough. Inspector missed things that should've been checked as standard practice, and they were not checked until we brought them up.

Eddie inspected the house I have now purchased a bit over a month ago now and the inspection was great, several recommendations were made which have been addressed and no new issues have arisen so far. Though I was busy my dad was able to watch him work and ask questions throughout the inspection, these guys definitely know what they are doing! They provided an excellent report document in a timely manner as well. Quick and easy to work with while providing solid results.
