We focus on same or next day service. Every visit starts with a $99 diagnostic fee, applicable to any work performed on that visit. You get an upfront price before any work starts. We never charge extra for evenings or weekends! Our team shows up in uniform and wears shoe covers in your home. We handle water heaters (tank and tankless), drains and sewer lines, camera inspections, leaks, repipes, gas lines, toilets, faucets, sump pumps and water softeners. Very timely and professional, polite and kind. The quote was just too expensive and the quote process was almost 90 mins to quote pricing for a toilet and water heater. But maybe the technician was being thorough. $3k-$5k for a toilet install and a water heater replacement seemed astronomical.

I was informed that my tech was running late, despite not seeing the message. It was my fault; he was nice and said he was sorry, and he took a look at a couple of concerns I had and listened to the problem and was off to take care of the issue at hand. Will be using this business again for any other plumbing issues that may come up in the future; you just got yourself a regular customer.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Honey Go Fix it when I called for what seemed to be a clogged kitchen sink drain. Upon having a tech out it seemed like the problem was a bit bigger and dealt with the main drain in our slab. The best course of action involved taking down our custom cabinets to get access to the wall with the damaged pipe. The guys navigated this with some pretty incredible execution. They cleanly removed the cabinets, cut a access panel in the wall, repaired the pipe, and replaced the original counter with no real problems whatsoever. We’re already working on getting a list of things for our next quote. Thanks again fellas!
