I will start by saying that the movers arrived on time and communicated very well, especially considering this was a last-minute booking. I truly appreciated that. However, I am extremely disappointed with how my belongings were handled. I specifically requested that my furniture be wrapped and protected because it was brand new, but that request was not followed. As a result, several pieces of my furniture now have dings, scratches, and other damage. Multiple items were also broken during the move. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism when handling my belongings. Most of my furniture is less than six months old, and now I am left having to repair or replace items that were practically new. I believe this company may be better suited for smaller moves or moves involving items of lesser monetary value. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend them for moving expensive or newer furniture. While I appreciate their punctuality and communication, those positives do not outweigh the damage caused. Moving is already expensive, and customers should not have to spend additional money repairing or replacing belongings due to a lack of proper care and protection.

I shopped around and Honky Tonk was actually the cheapest I found! I was given a range and the top of the range was capped! They came in at the low end of the range by the time the job was done. This was a fairly small job but they had 2 people (one was the owner) and they had my daughter’s apartment loaded (down 2 flights of stairs) in literally 1 hour and 15 min! They took great care in my daughter’s stuff. I will use them again if she needs to move again. Seriously- don’t hesitate on Honky Tonk moving! This company is legit and professional!!! Thank you for the great experience!!!
Crew arrived at confirmed time and completed work promptly. Later when concerns were raised, owner and crewman came on schedule and corrected concerns.
Wilson and the crew arrived early and got the job done no questions asked. Excellent experience and will re-hire and recommend for anyone’s move in the area.
We were so impressed! Wilson and James were fast and worked hard. They handled all of our belongings with care and I could not say enough good things about their service level. I would hire them again in a minute! Highly reckoned!
