He was a lot of help finding a front door lock set which would fit our ninety year old door. Also was willing to come out the day the lock order came in.

Perfect all-around experience. Quick response, punctual, knew exactly what to do and charged what they quoted. Highly recommended.
I’d give this experience about 3 stars. The quality of the work itself was solid, and everything is functioning as it should. However, the pricing felt extremely high for what was done. The labor charge was $175 for less than two hours of work, which already felt steep. On top of that, one of the locks that was supposed to be rekeyed couldn’t be, so a new lock had to be purchased. What was frustrating is that I was still charged rekeying fees for the locks that ended up being replaced entirely. I understand the convenience factor of hiring a professional instead of doing it myself, but the final cost didn’t seem to match the scope of the work. Overall, decent workmanship, but I would hesitate to use this service again due to the pricing.
Thank you, you made getting my gun safe open very easy on me! Quite talented locksmith only took 10 mins. Had all the tools ready and loaded! If I ever need a locksmith I’ll call you
The work was performed by a sub-contractor referred to on his invoice as "A Locksmith Services". The lack of clarity about who actually showed up here to do the work is the reason I don't give the job a better rating. The charges seemed high, incl an $89 "Trip Charge", not the anticipated $23 posted by Horizon.
Very responsive and was able to get the job done completed quick!
Highly recommended. Professional, responsive, polite, fair pricing.
They came at last minute request and were able to open our locked bedroom door in an instant. Thoroughly professional and helpful!
I had an excellent experience with them! They were prompt, professional, and courteous from start to finish. The technician arrived right on time, quickly assessed the situation, and installed a brand-new lock with expert precision. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were—explaining the different options and helping me choose the one that best suited my needs and security level. The installation was smooth and efficient, and they left no mess behind, which I really appreciated. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I now feel much safer and more secure in my home, thanks to their top-notch service. Highly recommend to anyone needing lock services—these folks truly go above and beyond.
Michael @Horizon Locksmith did an amazing job replacing my old outdated home locks. He completed the job very timely. I would definitely recommend his service.
