Reviews
The team did an amazing job fitting us right in. Jon was professional and prompt. He told us how long the job would take and he stuck to it. The work quality was great.
Jon was excellent. On time, very knowledgeable. A great job in fixing my interior water pipe—and I had a time crunch! Extremely pleasant, I appreciated the clean up. Thanks to Liz in the office for answering my emergency call on a Sunday!
The pro got the furnace started again by turning it back on. Just needed a restart? There was no other explanation. The talk was so filled with upselling that it was distracting. Suggestions to get a maintenance plan, my furnace was old, etc were ongoing. I agreed to $200 for a maintenance visit.
Horizon Services and Stefano were great to work. The main shutoff valve on my sprinkler system was getting hard to turn. In a tight spot in my basement that I didn’t want to deal with. Horizon was very responsive on Thumbtack and I think I had them scheduled for the next day. Stefano was on time and had the job done in just a couple of hours.
Responded to my request almost immediately with the best price across three different vendors, and the job was completed professionally and they arrived on time
Great work
Got a quote for what should have costed MAX $1500 and that’s high! Was quoted for $3200 and they tried to sell us maintenances packages and the works. We needed two cartridges from Moen fixture and a box replaced for the washer and dryer, hot and cold water . We needed $150 in parts, got the cartridges for $20 from Home Depot and did it ourselves. Go somewhere else. The guys were nice, but prices are outrageous.
