I felt the assessment and quality of work was great. I did receive a 400$ bill for diagnosis of a leak in a pipe underneath and 600$ bill to fix. These multiple charges were not communicated well. There is a 95$ fee charged initially when they come out. I thought this was the diagnosis fee. They did ask to be paid before tub was checked and refilled. I held payment of the 600$ till job was complete.
They were quick to respond and get the problem fixed asap.
I love the quick response that I received from Hot Tub Experts. I have a older spa and they knew quite a bit about it already. It made the communication much easier! I would definitely recommend.

I recently had an experience that didn't go so well. I hired them to install a heater in my pool and elevate the equipment, and I even bought a brand new Hayward heater from them. However, things didn't go as planned, the heater did not start. I was constantly being told that it was a Hayward issue and there was no accountability from the person I hired, besides them coming once and changing a valve that allegedly was the culprit. To make matters worse, I was charged again for that one visit. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
