Excellent experience from start to finish. He installed my EV charger and three outlets, was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the project. The work was completed efficiently, everything looks great, and he took the time to answer questions and explain the installation. My experience with Howe Electric was top-tier. They responded quickly and were able to troubleshoot my issue with ease. The lack of power was due to equipment damage caused by Duke Energy and Tim communicated with them directly on my behalf to get the issue resolved and the power restored.

Highly recommend! He was so kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood exactly what he was working on and fixing every step of the way. He kept me updated on his arrival time, replaced my failing fan, and wall outlet, cleaned everything up afterward, and even hauled all the old materials away with him. It’s hard to find dependable people these days, and he truly went above and beyond. I will absolutely be calling him again for future work!
