I had all 3 of my windows replaced. I had Greg of HRTI give me an estimate in November and he maintained the same costs in March. That was a great start. An installer was at my house within the week to measure & order the windows. Today the windows were installed by Chad who was very knowledgeably & professional. Our windows and stucco experienced some major hale damage a few years ago. I knew it was going to be a huge job when the insurance adjuster had to refer to a special adjuster to assess the damage. As a result, I looked long and hard for the right company for the job. As soon as I met Greg at HRTI, my search was over. I was sold! I even told my insurance company, "HRTI is the only company I will work with on this job." Not only was Greg professional and confident that he could do the job, he assured me that he would take care of all the negotiating / communicating with the insurance company. Our experience was great. Greg and his staff were in constant communication letting us know when workers would be at our house, their progress, and why they were doing what they were doing. We never ran into any issues, but if there were surprises, HRTI was always on top of it. There customer service was impeccable! In the future, I will never use anyone other than HRTI for my windows, stucco, or roof. In fact, due to mother nature, I had to file another claim for window and stucco damage again. That was unfortunate for us but no big deal...HRTI was there. In fact, they already completed the job for a second time. I highly recommend HRTI. You won't be disappointed!

I spoke with Greg initially and had a good experience talking with him. He was very professional, curious and strait forward. He didn't try to oversell me something that I didn't need and was honest about pricing. Chad installed my windows and security door. He worked very hard and payed attention to detail. He also cleaned up and left the job site looking the way he left it. There was always good communication and good customer service. I highly recommend hiring HRTI.

Worked with Greg on an incredibly tight timeline with some special requests for the job. He was the most professional of all the contractors. Manuel and Carlos did fantastic work! Bonnie also was superb in keeping us appraised of the progress. We never once had to chase anyone down or play the games you so often do with contractors. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

We contracted with HRTI to replace 10 windows and a door. We had received bids from two other companies prior to meeting with Greg. The entire process from receiving the bid with Greg to final installation with Chad was professional and we are very pleased with the results.

I didn't end up hiring HRTI, my experience was ok, the salesman called a week later not even remembering he already gave me a quote 2 weeks prior. Gave us estimates on roofing , windows and siding. Roofing price was competitive but found a different co. that was better on pricing etc.., now as far as the windows, they were around $8000 more than 2 other company's. Granted they did quote Simonton windows,but they did not being the window they were quoting for. They brought the more expensive model for demo. As far as siding goes, when we first talked to the salesman, I did state that we wanted Hardie board siding, when he came back with the quote it was for vinyl so it either got lost in the conversation ir he was not paying attention. Anyways, did not feel pressured by them, just shopped around for pricing which was $8000 more beneficial to us for windows, not counting HRTI out on siding yet, still getting prices. Thanks!
