I'm really not sure about their service, but the interaction is terrible, at least here in this platform. I sent 1 message with photos attached, and explaining everything I needed. They replied with an auto response, asking for more details, I repeated the explanation of what I needed, they didn't reply, I sent 2 other messages and no response at all. Again, IF they respond, maybe their actual service is good, but the customer service, especially the First interaction, is terrible.

Reviews
No response, no follow up, nothing. Very disappointing
I had to continually reach out to them. I responded promptly to any questions they had but they never responded back to me. Horrible communication.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Dan is the man! He communicated better than any contractor I’ve ever used, he had excellent attention to detail and provided daily updates to myself and my wife. Used him to repair my deck and I already have him slated to do additional work. He is creative in finding solutions but also makes sure he provides the options with best value if that is what is wanted. Thanks again Dan!
Did a great job with medicine cabinet installation and rewiring.
They did an excellent job replacing the balance rods in my windows. They were very thorough and communicative, clearly explaining the work to be done before arriving, great experience.
Enquired about a job replacing/fitting a hanging light fixture. HTG got the job done no issues at all, excellent service all round. Will be using them again!
The team installed my camera and did an excellent job. They were friendly and demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility throughout the process. Their attention to detail and care in their work was impressive.
They helped paint my office room and it looks amazing. They are very friendly and they did an amazing job. I will definitely use them again if I need help around the house.
Dan went above and beyond to make sure my son’s basketball hoop was installed. He was knowledgeable, efficient and just a really nice person which was a bonus! Thank you, Dan! We will be reaching out again for future projects!
