Needed help moving some large furniture across The Woodlands. They were on time, professional and took extra care in getting the furniture upstairs. 100% would use again.

Reviews
Read the reviews to these guys. Price changed for over 100 bucks while unloading at storage. Most important Juan said “ok you tip us in cash” then frowned and didn’t like my $40.00 tip bullied into paying! Thug scammers. Poor communication was first red flag. Do not use this company
Communication was great, and the two guys showed up on time and were quick, personable yet professional moving a one bedroom apartment. I will definitely use them again when needed.
Great movers. Took great care to move items to storage unit. Will be rehiring to move to new house
I had to repeatedly reach out to confirm services and arrival time. Movers showed up five hours late and proceeded to hit on me as they moved my things well after dark. Their Zelle account didn’t work so I had to drive to an ATM at night to get them to leave. Absolutely terrifying experience as a woman - would not recommend them to anyone I know.
Used them for Labor and they were great at it. Juan was the lead laborer. They were quick and efficient.
I was quoted $520 for 3 hours with 4 movers. If it went over and was 4 hours the cost would be $665. The actual movers were okay. The total move time was 3 hours and 15 to 20 minutes. The mover that was the lead called the home office to confirm the price because I said I would pay cash and they preferred this. The man on the phone said that I owed $742. We tried to be respectful and reminded the man of the quote. He tried to argue with me and say I was wrong and how dare I cheat him. I said, no sir I paid the $50 deposit and I have $600 in cash so we are good. He said we were not good. I politely showed the lead mover the door. The lead mover seemed to understand that this was fair. I would not recommend them and would not use them again.
Please don’t do deceptive advertising. Your rate is $85/hour on thumbtack and when I contacted you your rate was $110/hour.
HTX movers, AKA Happy Day Movers, AKA Abbas Amin, AKA Kelgo Movers were a mistake to hire. They broke my bed frameand left it in my new place as pictured.Left a long scratch on the top of my dresser and broke a piece off the bottom. Left a major scratch on the side of my desk. I complained to the movers and was told these were already there. I told the "manager" Abbas Amin that I wanted some money off the $500 move, and was argued down. And to top it off, the next day when I set up my Internet I found that the screen was cracked on my television. I demanded a refund, but was essentially told "shit happens". There was no move prep, no blankets to put my furniture on, no plastic to wrap furniture or sensitive electronics as was promised in their listing. And I have not received any of my money back, which leads me to believe they are not insured. I would urge anyone not to use this company.
One of the best moving experiences I've ever had. The crew worked carefully to move all of my belongings (plus, wrapped some of them) to my new place in one piece and on time. They kept in constant communication with me since the initial estimate until the job was complete. I was very impressed and I've already referred them to my friends.
