Great experience! They completed our closet door project quickly, at a fair price, and with great quality. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely hire them again!

Reviews
Hubenia Construction built me a utility closet, a complex job that required plumbing and electrical work, in addition to framing, drywall, and painting. The crew were diligent and professional, and the new closet looks great!
We had a fantastic experience with Alex and his team. They were prompt, neat and super efficient. They converted a bath into a walk-in shower for my mother in one week and for a reasonable price. It was very nicely done. Overall we were very happy with their work and professionalism.
Hubenia construction did a great job for my bathroom remodels. Alex the owner was highly communicative right from the beginning and gave a very competitive quote. He kept me updated from contract signing to the start of the work and even picked up the materials from the stores on my behalf. When one of the shower panels arrived damaged, Alex helped return it. The crew arrived as scheduled for the work, did a great professional job, and cleaned up the site afterwards. Their customer focus also shone through later when a small water leak was found (not from their work but due to an existing issue in the bathroom). Alex and crew took it on themselves to fix the issue and restore the water damaged area without charging additional labor. That's amazing customer focus. It's rare to see such contractors in this age. I am in the process of hiring Hubenia again for additional work. Would highly recommend Hubenia for all your home contractor needs - they do a quality job and offer amazing customer focus.
Alex and his team did an amazing job with renovating my house. I was really impressed with their attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, ongoing recommendations, reliability, transparency, and timeliness with executing this large project. Every aspect of the job — from replacing the floors to painting, refinishing the kitchen, bathroom vanities, to updating the deck and garage — came out just beautifully. I also appreciated Alex’s advice on various options and opportunities to find cost effective, timely solutions to every problem. Alex was always available to answer any questions and oversaw every detail, to ensure stellar quality. To top that off, the entire team was just a pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional crew. I am very happy with the end result of the project and would highly recommend Alex’s company for a home project of any scale.
Alex and his team did a really nice job with upgrading the downdraft vent and cooktop. I really like how Alex communicates with the client and completes the work with high quality. Definitely would contact for future remodeling projects.
Alex and his team were great. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and were able to come out the next day to install my new front door hardware. I’d definitely use them again in the future.
I had a fantastic experience working with Alex from Hubenia Construction! My home was built in 1928, so finding the right screen door replacement wasn’t simple—but Alex made the entire process easy. He took the time to help me select a high-quality option that fit both the style and structure of the home perfectly. The installation was quick, seamless, and handled with true professionalism. It’s clear Alex takes pride in his work, and the results absolutely show. I would not hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for skilled, reliable craftsmanship!
Hubenia Construction did an amazing job installing a soft wall cleanroom in my company lab space. Not only did they do a great job, but they were also very flexible with the delivery delays that we experienced.
Alex and team did an excellent job at rebuilding the flooring and some drywall on the first floor of our house which was affected by an overnight plumbing leak. Their work was very reasonably priced compared to all the other contractors and they finished the work earlier than promised without compromising quality. The team was professional and thorough and made sure to keep up with the daily schedule. Alex clearly communicated daily updates about the work progress and also kept us in the loop of what’s happening the following day. We had some miscellaneous painting to be completed in the house which was not included in the original work and they graciously took care of it without any extra cost. In our experience of working with other contractors for home repair/renovations, the experience with Hubenia construction was by far the best and the most hassle free. I would highly recommend Hubenia Construction to anyone looking to do home renovations.
Alex and his crew came out the same day I called. I had a leaky ceiling and they immediately pulled down the damaged drywall and set up dehumidifiers, then redid the damaged areas so well I can’t even tell anything was ever damaged. They gave accurate estimates on the time it would take and their initial estimate was reasonable and exactly what they ended up charging. I’ll definitely hire again.
Alex and team was great to work with. very communicative and prfessional. Work was exactly as promised!
I hired Alex and his team for various jobs, and ended up hiring them to come back and do more work. They are professional and respectful, punctual and skilled. I am very happy with the work they did, and I will certainly hire them again! Thanks Alex!
Alex and his team are the best. They are hard-working professionals, delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. They commit to the promised deadlines and they deliver without cutting the corners. Alex is very responsive and easy to work with. We hired them to put drywalls on the ceiling, redo the lighting, put floor planks and decorative tiles on one of the walls. Every task was completed with great precision and quality. I highly recommend them!
I chose Hubenia Construction for my project based on their reasonable bid on the work, which I felt was more honest than all other bids I received (3 others), relative to the actual work. I was also in the trades so I have some sense of it. Alex was knowledgeable and courteous, hard working, always gave me options, and his crew worked very hard to get the job done as quickly as possible despite encountering a few difficult situations with the materials being delayed by many days, and then the materials being more difficult to work with during the job itself. The work was completed in the shortest possible time and to a high level of quality. I will definitely work with Hubenia again!
Excellent work! I can’t thank Alex and his team enough for the fantastic job they did with my bathrooms. They were very professional, kind-hearted, and truly excellent at what they do. I really appreciated their responsiveness, transparent pricing, punctuality, and above all, the quality of their work. Thank you again—I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of similar services.
We recently hired Alex for some small kitchen remodeling projects and the experience was incredible! Alex and his team are professional, reliable, and did excellent work. Finished on time, on budget, and with great quality. Definitely will hire them again for future projects!
Alex and his team are professional, punctual, and deliver high quality work at reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Alex and his team built a custom dining nook around our bay windows. They did an excellent job starting from the design, including working around our electrical receptacles and floor heat vents. They also created great use of the space, building out shelving connecting to our countertop and cabinets. We appreciated their attention to detail, good communication, planning, timeline to build it out, and their execution of the work.
I’m really thankful I worked with Alex. He’s very friendly, responsive, and professional. His prices are affordable as well. With a certain budget, I was able to do more with him vs the bid from other contractors. He also makes sure he cleans up after the end of every work day. Will definitely recommend Alex to friends, and would be first on my list for any home repair needs.
