Unreasonably high estimate to replace a tankless hot water heater. I was quoted over $10,000 for replacing a 6.5 gallon tankless water heater. I bought my own from Lowes, hired a licensed contractor, with inspection for $2600 all in, and that too with a better product (10 gallons per minute). While I appreciate them coming out and providing an estimate, the insane $10,000 estimate really shocked me.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my recent experience with this company needs to be shared. The electrician charged me $210 just to reconnect a wire that was already there. When my range arrived later and still didn’t work, I called the company back. The same technician returned, looked at it, and quoted me over $600, saying the issue was inside the house at the outlet. After I told him this felt like the company was taking advantage of me, he reconnected the wire inside the house in under 10 minutes. He did not charge me for the second visit, but the fact that such a simple fix was quoted at over $600 was unacceptable. At the same time, their plumber quoted me $625 just to cap two faucet lines. I ended up watching a YouTube video, going to Home Depot, buying a cap and a cutter, and doing it myself for about $20. It took only a few minutes. Overall, the pricing and quotes I received felt unreasonable and left me feeling misled. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Did a good job
Work was good and prompt, but little costly.
There was a mild confusion in the scheduling but other than that, they came as they said and finished the job thoroughly. Identified the leaks in both toilets and fixed it.
