I have mixed feelings about my experience. Initially, I was told the diagnostic fee would be $89. However, the charge increased to $199 just to reset a switch. On top of that, I was charged another $99 for a visual inspection of the coil, which appeared to involve simply opening a cover and looking at it, without any additional work being performed. The total came to nearly $300 for what seemed like a relatively simple service call. I understand that professional service, expertise, and time come at a cost, and I may be missing some details about the pricing. However, the jump from the initially quoted $89 to almost $300 felt excessive for the work performed.
Overcharged tremendously for changing a transformer on a central air unit that I had to pay someone else to replace because they put the wrong size. Also rude when communicating.

Excellent service from start to finish. They came out to repair our central air conditioning, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced two damaged capacitors, and added the refrigerant the system needed. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and most importantly, the AC is working perfectly again. Very knowledgeable, reliable, and straightforward about what needed to be done. I really appreciated the prompt service and quality of the work. Would definitely recommend them for AC repairs and maintenance.
