Friendly, professional service. I will absolutely use them again for future A/C needs.
Great experience with this company. Professional, prompt service and communication.
We had a solid experience here, though a few important details kept it from being perfect. Tristan arrived to survey what we needed the same day I requested a quote--a quote which was free. He was courteous and professional. My husband and I really appreciated his approach and demeanor. He took a look at our units-- figured out and fixed an issue on one we did not call about 🙏🏼, and sent us, that night, a reasonable just above average quote on the major issue. He had his techs out early the next morning to fix the major issue with the other unit, which was the replacement of a faulty fan motor. <---Prompt and professional, and we felt very encouraged that we'd found the HVAC company for us. Considering our circumstances, HVAC Heroes was an apt company description in our opinion. Ultimately, we were grateful. The important details that keep this review from an excellent designation are, 1. The finish of the repair. The technicians did indeed replace the fan motor, but they left exposed wires that needed to be rewired and secured. 2. A complete lack of explanation of the repairs by the attending technicians. This includes a lack of photos of the tests of the accompanying electrical components, and a lack of photos of the repair. 3. The top cap covering of the unit's fan condensor motor was never replaced, and there was no initial explanation that it wasn't replaced and why it wasn't. Taylor (the attending technician) did text later to explain that the cap did not screw or clamp on the new motor. However, I still want the cap cover. 4. No shoe coverings for use inside the home. However, when I reached back out with questions and concerns, Tristan did respond promptly and sent out more technicians who were in the area to fix the issues with the wires--which they did aptly fix, and they did not leave until I saw the fix. Also, Tristian addressed a couple more of my questions. Ultimately, both units work, and the temperature inside the house is not 88°--a fact that we can appreciate. We'd still use or recommend HVAC Heroes, but I would not be honest if I did not mention that we do have a little hesitation. However, we are willing to give them another try, as we realize not all technicians are the same.
Honestly, they beat my expectations. They were quick to respond, pleasant, professional, and fun! It always great to have service providers who offer honest assessment of the issue, great value for resolution all with personable jokes in between. The guys did a great job assessing my single AC unit, confirming a cleaning required, provide cleaning service and recommended how to upkeep all within budget. All-in-All, I’d say Low cost with great service … signed a future Repeat Customer
HVAC Heros responded promptly and was able to put us on the schedule quickly as well. Quality work and value, would recommend!
As a homeowner I have used a lot of services for the maintenance and upkeep of my home. Hvac heroes stands out above all else. They arrived in a timely manner, took care of my issues and provided amazing customer service. Tristan and Luis were amazing. Thank you
I’m a professional property manager, and I received a call from my tenant stating the air-conditioning went out. I called my usual A/C Company to come give me a repair or replacement estimate. As usual, their costs were fair. Then I decided to shop with a few companies and found Hvac Heros. They responded to my request in 90 seconds. Then gave me a quote based on my needs within five minutes. Within 24 hours, the new AC was installed and working like a charm. I just found myself a new A/C Company. Do yourself a favor. Give them a try. Their service was fantastic and their price was even better.
Fast and great service
Jordan with hvac heroes provided me with high quality hvac service. He was punctual, intentional, and integral about his work. He made sure to make a proper diagnosis of my ac units , address the problems , and then he double checked his work so as not to miss anything. He literally represented to me the meaning of a hvac heroe!
Contractor showed up to give an estimate for repair or replace and they threw a fit when they saw another contractor there. The other person was leaving just then. My pregnant wife was by herself trying to handle all the stress and these people couldn’t wait two minutes for them to leave and instead threw a fit about it. Don’t bother using these people. They’re rude.
Did an AC replacement on the same day we agreed to terms. Price very reasonable. Initial work quality looks good. No complaints.
HVAC Heros..saved the day! They fixed my AC issue in a timely, professional matter. They did not give me the run around like other companies..charging for a quote IF they do the work; fee waived. HVAC Heros responded promptly and fixed my AC within 2 days in mid July! And just loved their logo. Great group to work with! Thumbs 👍 up 😀!
Tristen did an excellent job repairing my A/C system. He arrived prepared, quickly inspected the issue, and had the system back up and running in about 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain the cause of the outage in plain language, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was his professionalism, efficiency, and honesty. He also gave me a helpful recommendation to improve the long-term reliability of the system. I would definitely recommend Tristen to anyone needing fast, knowledgeable, and trustworthy A/C repair service.
From the initial visit to provide an estimate all through the installation and support after, HVAC Heroes has been outstanding. Triston and his team were professional in their interaction. What particularly stood out was the no-pressure AC estimate, and the quick turnaround from when I approved the installation. Will certainly be calling them again for my AC needs.
There was some miscommunication with dispatcher relying wrong information. I appreciate Tristen from HVAC Heroes reaching out to me to discuss the situation at hand and work out a deal.
Had to get a quick inspection of my HVAC for a home sale. They were very prompt and fair. Will definitely use them again!
Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Handled the job quickly and advised accurately.
Triston and his counterpart were here in time, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I would recommend using the for any HVAC related projects.
Tristen with HVAC Heroes did a great job by solving the issue with our heater. He is very knowledgeable, fix the problem right away. He is also very professional. This is the company to go to if you have any AC or heater problem. I highly recommend them.
