They were very prompt, very quick, very reasonably priced, and very courteous. He even explained everything to me respectfully and made sure to answer any questions. Also great that they do both HVAC and plumbing! Highly recommend!

Grateful to have found such a professional service provider for our HVAC needs today. Our boiler was out but after seeking help from Thumbtack we found help quickly.
These gentlemen came within 2 hours and had my AC running same day! Quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated what needed to be fixed. Once we agreed upon price (which was reasonable) and I’d given permission they had it done quickly!
This person attempted to get money from me before coming to my house.
The technician (Mr Moussa) was very thorough and quick. He explained the situation to me and the remedy was very quick. Also offered recommendations for my furnace for the future I was very pleased. We have a warm home again. I would highly recommend HVAC Heros for quick service calls.
I hired this out two years ago and didn’t check up on the work in the attic which is my fault BUT I trusted he did what he was hired to do. He said he connected the exhaust fan hose to an existing roof vent. THERE’S NOT EVEN ONE IN THE ROOF. The hose was just laying on the insulation.
I am a repeat customer.. Very responsive, good quality of work, and takes good care of our HVAC needs and competitive rate. I highly recommend using the services of HVAC Heroes as they are reliable, dependable, thrustworthy and they will go above/beyond to take care of their customers..

Excellent job, on time, friendly and professional. Will definitely use again in the future. He placed a water line for my new refrigerator.
You did not honor your inspection fee of $70.00/hr you were here approximately 45 minutes you did not bring your receipt book with you you over charged me $430.00 which I request full reimbursement to date u have not sent me a itemized statement to verify this overcharge and your “guesstimate” was incorrect There is nothing wrong with my condenser/compressor & you refused to clean the unit per my request Please send full reimburse to via ZELL @312.485.9649
