Mark was excellent. Booked Friday and he had our kitchen sink drain cleared Saturday morning at 8:30. Fast, professional, and effective. The drain has never run this well. We'll definitely use HydroFlow again for future house projects.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mark was great! He quickly found and fixed the issue and was very professional throughout the entire process. After the poor work our previous plumber had done, Mark really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and always had our best interests in mind. So glad we’ve decided to proceed with him and now have a peace of mind . I highly recommend him !
Great and honest
Mark did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem and explaining the issue to me. Then was quick to fix the problem and cleaned the area. Definitely would recommend and would hire him again.
Mark was fantastic - thorough honest and easy to work with - on time and respectful!!! Highly recommend
Here are the facts. Mark was super timely, super professional, understood our sense of urgency, and got the job done. Does it get any better than that! I don’t think so. Thank you so much for your professionalism and your good work.
Mark checks all the boxes when it comes to a plumber. Not only does he get the job done but he is an advocate for his customers, especially when dealing with the city, which is a huge plus for McKinney residents. He is my go to guy from this point forward for all of my plumbing needs. No need to look any further, just call Mark.
Was quick to respond but did not show or follow-up after scheduling the inspection.

Mark was able to come out same day and fix a leak we had. He gave us a fair price and most importantly we now have our water back on! I will definitely be calling him again the next time I need a plumber!
This is our main plumber now! He fixed our spigot and made it stop leaking in the wall. Much appreciated!
