I am very disappointed . You guys a very unprofessional , you hang up on your clients after you put them on hold for a very long time and then you guys disrespectfully hangs up on your client . Then when the customer calls back you do not even answer the phone . Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend you guys for no one.

They were able to perform services on very short notice and even waited for me to arrive at the office location when I was running late. I would definitely use them again! Thank you I Lock New York!

Best cost, quick on the job, provided complimentary check of other panic bar and disposal of other large object on site, fast response to communication, good customer service. Did not overcharge when presented with opportunity. Had to work to get quotes updated and day-of was delayed by third party supplier but overall very pleased.

We needed entry door repair for our store front office space. On the initial estimate, the technician came out and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair our doors. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Once the job was scheduled. The technicians were on time and efficient. The repair was nicely done! I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone needing door repair.

We have a glass conference room and our door hinges were sagging causing the door to drag on the ground. These guys came in, gave us a quote, and came back that week to fix it. Great service and customer service, definitely would recommend!

I Lock New York replaced faulty pivot hinges and door closer on a glass entry door to a storefront for our company - the estimate was quick and fair, and mechanics came on schedule and performed the work in a professional manner. Thanks to everyone and to Allison in the office.

Very decent family business. They installed a reasonably priced door for me. The locks had some problems, and they were very diligent about coming over twice to make sure the problem was fixed.
