Dwayne fixed two clogged drains and a leaking sink for us. He provided estimates, was flexible on scheduling, and got the job done.
Dwayne was knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Would hire him again.
Dwayne responded immediately with a fair quote. He was on time and fixed the issue the next day. Very happy customer!
Dwayne was very thorough and diagnosed the issue right away. He was attentive to my urgent need and successfully resolved my valve issue that I thought was a drain issue. More stars!
I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Dwayne. He is friendly and a highly skilled professional. I had 3 issues (no water, drain stopper, pipe noise) and he was able to solve 2 issues within a minute, and identify problem with third issue and told us which part to get for replacement. All 3 problems were addressed in less than 10 minutes. It was very easy to make an appointment, and I received a text to confirm appointment and 30 minutes before arrival. Their rates are very reasonable.
Dwayne arrived on time and ready to work. Very nice man. Did the job as expected and I felt it was a good job and good value. He is now on my list of plumbers to call when a new job comes up.
I am at an age where I longer want to be DIY. I Rooter did an excellent job of installing my 3 faucets without the problems I would have encounter if I did it myself.
Dwayne was great! He snaked my bathroom sink and it drains much better now. He also snaked my toilet, but he was also able to determine that there was a different issue that was causing the flushing to be weak and he resolved that as well.
Responsive when he is arriving. Although he does not fix the problem but gave solid advice and proposal for the next step. He did not charge full since the problem is not fixed.
