Absolutely phenomenal experience working with this individual. They were great at communicating and showed up to the property right on time. They also sent us before and after videos of the work that needed to get fixed. Definitely worth five stars and I would 100% higher them again.

Reviews
I recently had two toilets replaced, and the service was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, Donovan was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. They arrived on time, worked with care, and made sure everything was installed perfectly and functioning exactly as it should.
Donovan replaced eight lighting fixtures in my home and did a great job. Communication was clear and consistent from planning through the work itself. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to document and explain anything that looked unusual. He checked in with me on each fixture and was respectful of my home, keeping things picked up as he went. I’d happily hire him again.
I confidently recommend Donovan. He did some work for me and was on time, always eager to help, and did a great job with some plumbing I needed done. I’m going to have him back out to handle some bathroom fans and other things as needed. Don’t hesitate to reach out to him.
IA Handy Service exceeded my expectations with recommendations and equipment selection for my electrical project, prompt response and service, reasonable cost, professionalism and great attitude!
I would definitely recommend Donovan. I hired him for a simple job (water line to refrigerator) and he discovered a much more pressing problem (Pressure Reducing Valve that was broken) that if had not been addressed could have led to a serious kitchen flooding disaster. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and the quote was very reasonable.
Expanded storage in attic. Communication was on point. Scheduled time and day within a week. Was on time. Explained things he was doing. Pricing was reasonable. So far very happy.

Donovan was way better than I expected! Politeness, fast worker, knowledgeable, he goes further than I expected. And well I just can't say enough about him. From now on he is my go to man.
Donovan deserves every 5-star rating he’s been given. He ticks all the boxes - prompt responses, impeccable work, reasonable pricing, courteous demeanor, detail oriented, and hard working. My yard has never looked better and I’ve already asked him back!
Donovan was very professional, respectful, most important performed a high-quality of work. My under mount sink had collapsed. The Contractor did not secure my Undermount with brackets into my granite countertop. Donovan knew exactly what needed to be done. He cleaned up my Undermount sink and was able to install brackets and seal it. The work was done in a timely manner, he made sure I was satisfied and got exactly what I asked for which I did. I will use him again for other projects in my home. I will recommend him to friends/family of mine in the area, needing assistance with projects of their own.
Donovan was great in every aspect possible! He was prompt, professional, personable, courteous, skilled, informative, thorough, and effective. He responded to communication quickly and effectively. He completed the project earlier than expected. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.
