Reviews
I did not get to hire them. I am looking for a contractor who can professionally install my product to the clients I already have. Some electrical and plumbing is needed and the installation of the prefab kitchens which is our product. Multiple sites coming up under our contract though IBA Builders Inc seemed to understand we were looking to sell them a product.
$5000 minimum is ridiculous. Put that in your general description or initial email so as not to waste even a moment of communication.

We had a good experience
Excellent work! The owner is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He gave us a quote on the spot (unlike other contractors who has us waiting over a week for a simple quote). His prices are really reasonable and was significantly less that all the other quotes we got. This men worked quickly and efficiently to reconstruct our exterior steps. Throughout the process, they send you photos, give you updates and prepare you for the next stage of the work. They are down to earth and incredibly professional with a wide knowledge. They are going to be our go to company for all such work.
Set appt and no show. Wasted me a whole morning sitting at home to wait for the se
Ben and his team were great throughout building out a new back deck and front-yard fence, and I especially appreciated Ben’s immediate responses via text, phone calls, and emails. I will definitely use IBA Builders again for other big contractor projects.
