Reviews
Had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me. They work 24/7 and do not charge a diagnostic fee. The AC tech showed up up on time and very professional. Solved our issue.
Chris, their technician was the best. Professional. Prompt. Knowledgeable
AI chat bot and AI phone call so impersonal and no up front pricing
I got the guy who came n the work guys but the were excellent friendly professional, cleaned up very well. Excellent job I purchased there house protection plan, because of how informed they were, Iceberg is the top choice
He was very professional and educated us as first time homebuyers.
Even though I didn't continue with the work, their professionalism was great.
I love that they came out rapidly and didn't charge me to come out.
I cannot recommend this company enough! From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive ant had someone out to my house quickly Kevin came out incredibly fast and made the necessary repairs in no time. Fast, professional, and excellent service.
The plumber came to my home and did absolutely nothing. He looked at my toilet, my shower and my bath, then told me in order to put a camera into the pipes and remove the toilet, I had to pay him $750. He proceeded to tell me that if he needed to Jet the pipes, I would have to pay an additional $1515. What a rip-off! I asked him to leave my home. Amazing how the entire job was completed for $400 by another company! I called around and everyone quoted me at $350-$400. I was totally disgusted at how the plumber from Iceberg Home Services quoted me at $2265.00
They ultimately charged me $386.00 for 2 hours of supposed services and still was unable to complete the job.
Very professional and informative would recommend to anyone
