WOW!!! Johnny is a phenomenal technician indeed. He’s so very knowledgeable in his field. He’s quick and hard working at his job. He set up and transferred the files of 2 desktop pc computers for us. He came back the next day to check and see if we had any issues or questions on the new computers which are Windows 11 and a little different than our old Windows 10 ones that we had. He adjusted a few minor settings and made sure all was good with his work, which was at a very reasonable price, for sure. You won’t ever be sorry in hiring Johnny for your computer issues. I messed up my computer to where it wouldn’t even boot up, I sent him a text and he responded within minutes and came to fix my computer at like 10:50PM he was professional about it and got it fixed relatively quick, he also didn’t charge much and saved me what I believe would’ve been hundreds of dollars. He’s great at what he does and efficient would recommend

Johnny came to my location the same day I called. He was thorough in his approach and successfully completed the job. Some of the other IT technicians I looked into would only do the job remotely, requiring me to download software they would send. I certainly didn't want to do that, having just had my computer hacked. Johnny has a business practice of coming to the client's location in person the first time in order to establish trust. If I have computer issues in the future, I will feel comfortable having him work remotely.

5 Stars - Excellent Service! Johnny did an outstanding job fixing the connection between our Poe security cameras and the DVR. We were having issues getting the Cat 6 cables to work properly, and he expertly troubleshooted the problem, ensuring that the video footage was back up and running smoothly. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to getting the system working again were impressive. Highly recommend Johnny for any security camera or network issues!
I just want to say wow !!! Johnny saved me $1000's of dollars. Other technicians were suggesting new devices and 8 -10 hour services. Johnny understood our limitations and told us that he can work with whatever equipment we had. He came in and quoted us a fixed price which we agreed to. However he finished his work early and told us we can just pay hourly. He is honest, understanding and goes above and beyond. I for sure will now use Johnny for all my tech needs. Do your self a favor and just work with Jonny. I usually don't write reviews but Johnny was just beyond amazing
