Luis didn’t do his employer any favors. He was arrogant and tried to upsell new flooring on the basis that he was positive our brand/pattern would no longer be available in spite of the fact that we’d purchased and installed the flooring within the last 12 months. He made that claim without checking on the availability.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ricardo and his team did an amazing job pouring our 20x10 slab. The work was done with great attention to detail — very clean, level, and exactly what we needed. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, keeping us updated every step of the way. On top of that, the price was fair and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a reliable, professional concrete job done right.
I recently worked with Sean from Iconiq Construction on a garage remodel, where we added a room and a bathroom. The overall experience was fantastic, and I’m extremely happy with the final result. Sean kept the project moving forward, even though there were a few minor delays and issues along the way. He was quick to address any concerns that came up, and the quality of the work is top-notch. Despite the small setbacks, the outcome was well worth it, and I would absolutely recommend Sean and Iconiq Construction for any remodeling projects. They truly transformed my garage into a beautiful, functional space
I recently had the pleasure of working with ICONIQ for a kitchen and bathroom remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and efficient. First and foremost, I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the team. They listened attentively to my ideas and vision for both spaces, offering valuable insights and suggestions along the way. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident from the initial consultation to the final touches. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with ICONIQ was their exceptional speed. Despite the scope of the project, which included both a kitchen and bathroom remodel, they completed the entire job in just 18 days! This level of efficiency was truly impressive and exceeded my expectations. Thank you 🙏
Iconiq Construction renovated my master bathroom and they were extremely professional, trustworthy, organized, thorough and hard-working. My expectations were always met or exceeded and I love the results! I highly recommend them for your home renovation projects!
Iconiq Construction worked hard to repair and remodel my home after flood damage. He was quick to respond and showed up the same day I called and gave me a prompt estimate. They are very professional with hard working skilled crews. I will be using them again when it's time to replace my roof.
We had two bathrooms completed during the very challenging period of the lates virus surge. The workers were careful, kind, and created two masterpieces. We're very pleased with the finished product, as it's truly a huge upgrade.
There was no experience, just a gigantic misunderstanding.
