He charged for visit 186$ I explained him both the machines are broken we need to replace. He charged for diagnostic and said he will reduce when he accepts the job. After that he didn’t pick up the call at all. Wasted 186$. He is totally unprofessional

Andy and his team were great. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately and began the job that same day. I used Ideal to add one outlet, one switch and to move a media box with outlet behind the drywall. I had bought one of those picture frame TVs and did not realize that the brains of the unit had a separate and fairly large electric component. So, I purchased a media box and hired Ideal Electric to add the power outlet and install the media box within the drywall. Andy’s team was great and I would hire them again.
His team did an amazing job installing my EV charger. I definitely will be using him again for all my electrical needs.

They came to install a ceiling fan in a room that previously didn’t have a ceiling fan. Fantastic work! They wired it up, built the fan, fixed the switch, and patched everything up.
Horrible This contractor is all talk and zero follow-through. He was quick to respond initially, but after that, I had to chase him every single time. He never once reached out on his own — not once. Yesterday and the day before and since this morning alone, he’s been promising the quote “tonight,” over and over again, and still nothing. Claimed he sent it — he didn’t. Promised to resend — never did. It’s been days of the same runaround. We finally told him we’re no longer interested. If this is how he handles things before even getting the job, I wouldn’t trust him with a hammer, let alone a project. If you absolutely have to use him, good luck — otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I have every text saved if anyone wants proof. Total waste of time.
