Installer was very late and alone to install a 65” tv above a fireplace. I had to help with the entire process and had I known that, would have done it myself. He was an extremely nice person and we got the job done but the company put him in a bad position by sending him alone. I also specified I wanted to connect to my existing surround system and it was clear he didn’t really have a lot of experience with that. Job wasn’t overly expensive, guess you get what you pay for.

Response time to my request by Angela was A1. She answered all of my questions and was detailed explaining the entire process. My tech, Elias was very professional, courtesy, and friendly. I was super impressed with how well he handled my very large size TVs all on his own. I gave four stars instead of five ONLY because there was either a miscommunication on that was being installed or an oversight on the details of installation. The TV that was mounted in my living area had to be remounted due to it was obstructing my air vent and was slightly crooked. He remounted the tv without complaint, he took his time, handled with care, swept and dusted his mess once installation was complete. The second TV mounted in my bedroom was perfect! I would definitely recommend iDoctor to everyone looking for this service. iDoctor was cheaper, and had a faster response time than any other Pro I contacted for this service. So glad I chose them for my installation.
