We have been trying to replace our shower floor for over a year. Ioannis knew exactly what had to be done. He was fair, clean and punctual. My wife and I are ecstatic! I highly recommend Ioannis for tile work

Found an amazing Bathroom contractor that renovated my shower after a leak.. I had multiple quotes from these large companies that were ridiculous.. Yanis was so professional, on time, easy to work with and did an amazing job at an really good price.. A fraction of what other contractors were charging..He has over 30 years of experience and this is his specialty and passion and it shows... Contact 704-491-0074.. Dont believe me just check out his Facebook page IF Bathrooms...
John was tremendous with my bathroom remodel. His insight helped me make some critical decisions and upgrades that were necessary. I am beyond happy with the finished project. John went out of his way to accomodate all of the speed bumps I hit with ordering products from a large orange big box store, but he still came through with no issues. He was extremely pleasant in all of our exchanges, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would happily hire him again.
John is the BEST!! He did a fantastic job tearing out our shower and installing a beautiful Italian tile one. His craftsmanship is top notch, he kept all his promises, and was a pleasure to have in our home. Regarding value, he was 1/3 the price of the big retailers and used better quality materials! We HIGHLY recommend John for your bathroom overhaul!!
Mr. John's work was amazing. He showed up before the job and shared different ideas to fit my budget. He protected my home and cleaned up well. I am very pleased with his work, very professional, honest, and care about his work. I would recommend him 100%. He pays attention to details. Thank you for a job well done!
John has done a wonderful job re-modeling all 3 of our bathrooms and installing French doors. He will find solutions to the problems. He takes input and makes suggestions. I would recommend him for any bath remodel or decking or any remodel jobs inside the house.
I needed a quote and John helped me in a timely matter. Answer all my questions. Thank you for being so kind
I didn’t reply to his message for 24 hours because I have been busy with work and he sent me a rude and disrespectful message. Look elsewhere is my advice.
Someone called my phone asking why I didn't answer to the msg about a quote kept calling my phone number from a different number I told them I wasn't ready then guy started cussing, very unprofessional do not trust these people
John was a amazing person to work with, from the first day he walked in my house I knew he was the guy I was going to hire. He was so straight and precise with his quote and also the timing for the job. He worked on 3 bathrooms and I’m really happy with the quality of work and also how punctual he was. I highly recommend John if you want an honest and dedicated person for your project.
