He was immediately responsive to my request and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and remedied it. He even offered tips on longer term solutions for my bike overall and reminders to check on my warranty to ensure I wouldn't pay to fix things that should be covered. It put me at ease knowing that he specialized in exercise equipment rather than a handy person who was willing to "take a stab at" my stationary bike.

Our peloton Tred was broken during a recent move and no longer powered on. During our visit, Chris was able to assess the correct part that was broken while assisting with how we can replace the part with Peloton. He also confirmed with Peloton if the machine was still under warranty or not. He was very helpful and we will be using him again in the future for disassemble and reassembly services of the peloton to avoid any future issues with this machine.
Needed my treadmill repaired. They were able to correctly assess the issue by me sending a video. Replacement part was ordered, appointment was scheduled, repair was done. It was that easy. Highly recommended.
Chris was great, he diagnosed my issue on the phone and told me exactly what to do to resolve the problem by myself. When I offered to compensate him for his time, he refused. He is very knowledgeable and highly recommend him.
