Fast, efficient, prompt and organized. So many things I could say, but it’s just easy to say I am happy with his work! Would hire again
Ike was very professional. He had to purchase an extra piece for the faucet. But it wasn’t such a big deal. He stopped a job went to Home Depot to assure that the job was done properly.
He did an amazing job removing and replacing my mainbox and post. He even picked up the post from the store on the way. Very kind and respectful.
He fixed my shutter in a timely fashion and was polite.
Ik is so nice did an outstanding job putting together my sons' basketball hoop. He was done in an hour and my kids are so happy 😊.
Ikenne was amazing to work with. He was punctual, responded to my request immediately and his work quality is top notch. He installed a basketball hoop for us and did a top quality job of it.
Wonderful experience- the project I was quoted for was an easier fix than anticipated, so Ik asked if there was anything else he could take care of for the same quoted price! Excellent value and ethics!
Excellent work was done. Installed a new kitchen faucet and also put a cabin behind my uptairs bathrom toilet. I will definitely be contacting this process again for future projects.
Showed up early, had job done quickly. Very professional and courteous.
They were able to assemble a smith machine, bench, and stair master quickly and professionally. Would recommend to a friend.
I wish I can rate 10 stars! They responded quickly and told me they can come out to assemble my son basketball court the same day. They did an excellent job and they were quick. You can tell they knew what they were doing. These gentlemen will be my go to for any handyman job I need. Thank you so much guys for your great work and professionalism!
Ikenna and his assistant did an amazing job assembling 2 ride-on jeeps and a weightlifting bench. They were done in record time, but then took the time to show us how everything works.
IK did an excellent job. He worked quickly, communicated clearly, and delivered great results. Overall, it was a smooth experience with a great person who took the time to walk me through everything afterward. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future.
I recently hired IK Home Improvement for an installation project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ikenna did an excellent job. he is very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. What stood out to me most was the care and attention he puts into his work. He takes his time to make sure everything is done right, and the quality of the final result really shows. I’m already planning to hire him again for other projects, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality home improvement work.
5 star service. He assembled our propane bbq that I purchased 6 months ago and we couldn’t figure out. He came in, got straight to work, did it in an hour, AND gave us a tutorial. Super nice, honest, and hardworking. I almost can’t wait to buy more things for him to set up!!
A Joke....Please be sure to ask questions first before he starts ANY of your job. First let me say he needs to express to the customers that he charges by the hr and not for the job. I was originally supposed to get 1 faucets done and two curtain rods. Everything was supposed to be $200, ok I was down. So I decided i want to do another faucet and one more curtain rod he quoted me $250. "Ok let's do it still" so he started the kitchen faucet which wasn't properly installed (water was leaking under my sink and I really don't think he knew what he was doing ). So instead of moving foward I said hey take that off let's install my original one back and just repair the old one. Ok so he did that, I also told him let's not worry about the other faucet because I really didn't want to risk another one being installed incorrectly. Ok so the only things left was curtain rods. It took him 2 hrs to install those. Which I'm was trying to figure out why the hell was he still in my home. Anyway!! Once done, I said ok so what's the new price on the three rods and the repair of the OLD kitchen faucet. This man says let's not beat around the Bush give me the original $250 we discussed and I'll leave now. He must of thought I was the one to play with but he was fooled last night. I will NEVER use again and please people watch out because he is getting over and.... "I was here all day" was his favorite line which he takes his time. I'm just glad my husband who is a police officer wasn't home. Pictures of all he installed. I also posted a picture of the Original kitchen faucet
Ike put in two ceiling fans, one of which was to remove a chandelier from a 12-foot-height, then to install the fan. He was courteous, helpful, and willing to help out more(we just moved in and he kindly notice our controlled chaos). When I asked about an outlet that didn’t work, within minutes he found the issue and repaired. We’re calling Ike for all our project needs. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
