I decided to get my locks changed and I had never done this before. I was unsure about the process or what was required. I called ik7 and the process was seamless. He was very professional. He showed me his license and was extremely professional and punctual. This happened really quickly and I was given a warranty. I couldn't have asked for someone nicer, kinder, understanding, efficient, and just plain kind to assist me. I have referred him to several friends and I hope they call to utilize his services. Thank you soo much for EVERYTHING. You exceeded my expectations !!!
My IK7 locksmith responded to my msg promptly, even though it was a Sunday. He came over in about and hour and, by the time he left, the broken door lock was removed and a new knob installed. I thought the price was reasonable and I was very grateful that the garage entrance door was finally open so I could access my car. Thanks again.
Showed up 30 min after I put in request on Thumbtack. Was punctual and efficient, getting the job done quickly. Pricing was fair as well for such short notice
Igor was a lifesaver, he was the first one to respond by calling and checking on me. We were so happy with his professionalism.
Igor was quick to respond to my urgent need for a locksmith. He is knowledgeable in his trade. He looked at all three doors and offered to get the door locks without any money upfront. He completed the job and took time to explain how to use the new locks with some good advice. If you need an honest locksmith, then Igor is the best choice.
They responded promptly and is very professional. Quality of work is very good. Would hire them in future and would recommend to others as well.
Igor is an extremely professional guy. He was able to make it out to my home on short notice and had my job completed in less than 20 minutes. He lives us to his company name.
