Konstantin M ( Imagine23) did an outstanding 5-star job on our home exterior, tackling a wide range of repairs and cleaning with exceptional skill, diligence, and care. Our house has an EIFS/stucco exterior that requires specialized care. Konstantin cleaned the exterior using gentle, low-pressure techniques and approved cleaning agents, ensuring the surface was spotless without risking any damage to the delicate EIFS material. Beyond cleaning, his repair craftsmanship was remarkable: EIFS & Woodpecker Damage: He addressed several holes left by woodpeckers and nesting birds. He reinforced the cavities with expanding foam, sealed them with matching stucco materials, ground the patches flush, and painted them to match the existing color. The repaired areas blend in so seamlessly you can’t tell they were ever damaged. Exterior Woodwork: He cut out and replaced rain- and snow-rotted wood segments around the frame, then prepped and repainted the entire structure so it looks brand-new. Gutters & Patio: He thoroughly cleared the gutters, power-washed our stamped concrete patio, and finished it with a clean, protective waterproof sealant. Despite weather delays that stretched the project two days past the initial timeline, Konstantin remained completely professional. He never cut corners, never complained, and did not ask for additional labor costs—he simply focused on getting the job done right. His pricing was very reasonable and included all necessary materials. On top of that, he cleaned up thoroughly after himself each day, leaving no trace or mess behind. While his English is a bit limited, communication was never an issue because his work ethic, systematic approach, and technical know-how speak for themselves. He is meticulous, honest, and hardworking. I will not hesitate to call him again for future home maintenance and handyman projects, and I highly recommend Imagine23 to anyone looking for top-tier work.»
