Ariel was rarely on site to oversee the project. His guys did a poor job on my deck replacement and dry rot repair and even when Ariel would come to tell them what to fix it was still done wrong. Ariel seems to be ok with subpar work completion. I replaced my deck with trex boards and still the boards don’t lay even so it is a tripping hazard and the boards are not evenly spaced because they cut them too short. Where they made cuts, they aren’t cut straight. They didn’t fill all the screw holes with plugs so I have exposed screws. Ariel said he would offer a $250 refund which wouldn’t even cover the new materials needed and yet he never did give a refund. He told me to send pictures of what I saw as still needing to be fixed and once I did, he stopped responding. He claims it is a family owned and run business but none of his employees are family at least not who showed up and the contractor license he is working under is not his or anyone in his families. It belongs to a guy who has several companies working under his license.

Reviews
Impact removed and replaced our old deck with composite decking. They did a great job and created a beautiful deck. The workmanship was excellent and they were very easy to work with. They finished the project in a timely manner and left the job cleaner than when they started.
We are so pleased with our bathroom remodel! The crew worked hard and completed the job in 7 business days! Ariel checked on the project daily and was available for any questions throughout the day.
It was good working with Lior and team. They did job fast and very reliable guys.
Interviewed four contractors to replace the top boards for my deck and decided to go with Ariel. He definitely delivered as the deck looks great. His team also got it done in a very timely manner. Price was very competitive and fair for Bay Area. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but Ariel was on it and addressed all my concerns appropriately.
Had a project in mind. Gave me honest feedback and didn't take advantage of me. I appreciate that.
Good service
I needed to have my floors replaced and I am so glad I found Impact ProConstruction. Leo responded to my request immediately for an estimate, and I found his estimate to be very reasonable. The work was completed within a week and the floors look fantastic. I highly recommend this company
I hired Ariel and the team from Impact Pro construction to do some deck work. The scope of the job changed but I had no issues be able to communicate with Ariel about the project. He kept me updated through out the process. The deck looks amazing, my neighbors are jealous and I feel like I got one heck of a deal for the quality of work that Impact Pro completed.
