This was my first time using Thumbtack. I got a response to my inquiry almost immediately and he was very quick and honest about the work and the price. He even cleaned up the mess in the bathtub that was left behind. Will contact them again with all of my plumbing needs!
I had an excellent experience with Impressive Drain Cleaning, LLC. The owner reached out within minutes after I submitted my request, and he arrived at my home about 15 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed both my garbage disposal and a slow-draining bathroom sink in under an hour. He was prompt, professional, personable, and reasonably priced. I also appreciated that he took the time to share tips to help prevent future issues. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Impressive Drain Cleaning, LLC.
Nickolas was amazing! I reached out in the wee hours of the morning and he responded promptly hours later. He was on time and very professional, which is a pet peeve of mine. Nickolas did a seemless job unclogging my drains, and left no mess, something else I also truly appreciate. He went above and beyond and provided me with advice/guidance on how to troubleshoot in case my drain gets clogged in the future. I truly appreciate the work he did and would highly recommend Immersive!

Had an intense sewage gas smell in the home I recently bought and they immediately recognized the source and fixed the toilet that was misaligned and replaced the wax ring. Super punctual and gave me a lot of insight as a new homeowner, I highly recommend!
From start to finish, my experience with Impressive Drain Cleaning was nothing short of exceptional. They immediately reached out to assess my plumbing issue and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. The technician arrived 10 min ahead and called to let me know he was outside and waited patiently while I put my dogs away. He was professional, respectful, and took his time to thoroughly inspect the issue. What I really appreciated was his transparency- he clearly explained the pricing upfront and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure that there was minimal mess made in my home, which was greatly appreciated. The technician not only fixed my plumbing issue but also took the extra step of cleaning the sink and surrounding areas, leaving everything spotless. I am so grateful to experience such high-quality service at a reasonable price. Great customer service and skilled professionals are a rarity these days, and I’m so thankful that I found Impressive Drain Cleaning. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Easy to work with, prompt and professional. Offered great recommendations. I will definitely use him again. I inquired Tuesday night when tenant called about slow drainage- reached to thumbtack. It was great to meet Nicholas and he was able to quickly come and fix my toilet issue. He also identified an additional fix that would be needed and was able to schedule a time the next week to come and fix that too. Thank you!
Great! My sewer line broke late on a Friday, he came out on a Sunday morning to try and fix it. Unfortunately he found the city's part of the line broke and they're responsible for fixing it, but he saved me time and money. Will use him again if needed!
