Peter and Archie were absolutely fantastic! They were on time, jumped right in, and never stopped working. They were incredibly efficient, hardworking, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with care, had great attitudes, and were always willing to help with anything that came up. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them a second time, and they were just as amazing. It’s hard to find people who work this hard and genuinely care about doing a great job. I highly recommend Peter and Archie to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and trustworthy help. I would absolutely hire them again! And, moving is not fun but somehow they made it fun and were smiling the entire time. They also took the time to organize my storage unit so I could actually see what was placed in there! Awesome guys!

I had two 10x20 storage units storing the contents of a 3 bedroom house. Peter sent 4 guys and a 26 ft truck. They they made two trips loading the truck, delivering at the house, unloading and reassembling furniture. They handled everything with care and blanketed and taped furniture. They did a great job at a great price.

Peter and Daniel were excellent. They were able to complete my job within the 2-hour minimum time frame and it was hard work moving 3 King-size beds to different locations within my home. They communicated well and problem solved the headboard bolt/nut challenge and were able to get it undone and back together. I will hire them again and recommend them to everyone. They were responsive. Their job prior to mine took a little bit extra time and they kept me informed of the schedule change.

Peter and Archie have been amazing. They work very quickly, new exactly what to do with the mess with which the people who brought my household goods left me, and they know how to make anything work and put together/assemble ANYTHING!

This was the perfect crew. Funny, easy to interact with, and work like machines. What was supposed to be a small project turned into a literal eight hour work day. No complaining, always in high spirits and pleasant to be around. Works non stop till job is done exactly the way you want it. Highly recommend their great work ethic and decency.

I have to say that, initially, Peter was great to work with. My move was kind of a mess, so there were delays and such. And he was very accommodating. He also worked with me on the pricing since I was on a tight budget. I am also physically disabled and on my own, so he assured me that his folks would take care of everything. All this was appreciated. I ended up using In Good Hands Moving for both packing and loading/unloading. Michelle and Ty were amazing. They were efficient with the packing and super quick. I was quite pleased and looking forward to the next day, figuring I'd get the same service. NOT A CHANCE! Dominic and Joseph were supposed to arrive around 10 am. They called and asked if they could come at noon instead, which was fine with me because I didn't have to have the truck back until 5 pm. Now, I will readily admit that my apartment was a disaster area. However, I figured since the packing had been done so well the day before and I had a minimal amount of furniture it would go fairly smoothly. The initial load of my 24 ft truck was quite fast. Because the move was in the same apartment complex, they didn't have to strategically pack things like they would if I were going any type of distance. So they told me the truck was full and that they'd take the load and be back. Remember I mentioned I am physically disabled, so I wouldn't be able to go with them to do the unloading, but I trusted that they were competent enough to place the furniture in the same positions and then stack boxes around them. That was totally my mistake--to assume they were competent. The unloading was pretty quick as well, and we were at two hours when they returned for the half-a-dozen pieces of furniture and some boxes. The loading process was, again, pretty quick, but the unloading took forever. Literally, over an hour and a half. Like almost as long as the entire load/unload of an entire truck full. And the entire time, they were saying they had another job to get to, so they may have to leave. Needless to say, at under four hours they said they were finished. I paid them through Cash App because Peter said they had to have some cash. The rest of the charge would be paid to him. When I was able to look over things, I was furious. They'd left things like stand-up lamps and a computer monitor, a small bookshelf, trash cans, and some other random stuff, which would have been super simple to take on the second load. But the disaster was when I was able to get to my new place. OMG! I couldn't believe what they'd done. First off, I find a piece of furniture I'd just purchased in February that was over $124, in pieces. Like literally in pieces. Two of my living room pieces were shoved into my bedroom. A brand new television stand's faux marble top is pulled loose, so it's almost in pieces. And then, I see my long dresser on its fricking edge. Like standing on its damn edge. Who does that? Who leaves a disabled woman who lives on her own with a huge long dresser standing on its edge, the drawers laid about in the living and bedroom? You've got to be kidding me. I immediately let Peter know I wasn't pleased. He said he'd call the guys and get back to me. The next time I heard from him was via text, asking me to pay the residual of what I owed. Now, mind you, I sent him pictures of the crap I'd found. I asked him if he was kidding. He said it would only take me a minute to pay him. I replied that he must be joking. He owed me money!! The amount I owed him was less than the furniture that had been destroyed and not even a mention made to me was worth. In addition, I will have to pay someone to finish bringing the remaining items from my old place and someone to put my dresser down and move furniture around. Plus, I have to replace the furniture that's been destroyed. I have had nine back surgeries and have a hard time even standing much less being able to put this dresser down or carry the items that were left behind. He tried to tell me that they'd worked their four hours. I wanted to talk to him to explain how long that second load took. There was no way in hell those guys weren't just taking a break on my clock. He said we'd talk about it that evening, and that was two days ago. I still haven't heard from him. I hope anyone and everyone who might consider using this company really pays attention to what I've said and the pictures I've provided. I am so upset that I can't even tell you. Please heed my warnings.
