In and Out just as the name states. Very professional and a great value. Would book again. Thanks
I would absolutely call them again for help in the future. This service was fast to reply, easy to schedule, and very fairly priced. This door needed to be shaved down and it was done quickly but with multiple checks to make sure it was done well. I highly recommend!
Israel did a great job fixing my door!! He was understood my concern and provided sound recommendations! The work he did was phenomenal!! My door now looks like it did before it was damaged. I can truly appreciate someone that knows what they are doing, professional, responsive, and punctual! Israel was that and more! Not to mentioned he worked extremely quick with great results! Thank you for everything Israel! I highly recommend your services! Photos of the before and after are attached! Thanks again!
This guy did a great job on my doors. My doors open and close with no problems now and he didnt charge an arm and a leg. Professional and affordable.
Needed a professional to repair and weather proof my front door. It was old and solid wood but I couldn’t replace it right now. They came out the same day and did a great job! Great price too!
Response was delayed. Came and identified the problem sticky. Took 5 minutes removing my lock and charged me $89. Promised to order my new lock, with 2 days promised. I had to reach out after not hearing for over a week. I was told the part was refunded and promised a complete job. As evidence, I was sent proof of purchase for the lock. Original price quoted $100. The receipt said $15.35. I don’t trust them. My work is not completed. Communication is unclear.
Israel was very professional and prompt. He was able to do my back French door service with ease and even did a new lock set (that I had previously purchased) to my front door on the same visit! I will definitely be using In N Out locksmith for future services!
He came on time, and fixed my lock issue. He was able to make me a new set of keys on the spot. Fast, responsive and friendly.
Very grateful to have found this team. Work was completed as promised, along with an additional work request on site that wasn’t a part of the original request. Outcome was fantastic. Will keep this team on my radar for future service requests.
Highly recommend In N Out Locksmith for anyone looking for a professional, responsive and reliable locksmith. Israel arrived on time, completed the job in a few minutes, and had me back into my home in no time. I’m so thankful because today was a hot day in Atlanta. I will definitely be using his services again!
Extremely professional and quick. Didn’t try to up charge even though he had to do additional things to make sure the lock fit properly. Tested the locks multiple times to make sure that they aligned property and the mechanisms were smooth, not catching. Would recommend again.
My bathroom door would not latch. The issue is resolved; however, I feel the easiest solution was provided. The strike plate was moved lower versus adjusting the door via the hinges. IMO, it wasn't the best fix. The solution was not discussed. He just went to work.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Israel from In and Out Locksmith Services, LLC, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! After purchasing my new home, I wanted to ensure my security was top-notch. Israel came highly recommended on the Thumbtack app, and he certainly lived up to the praise. From the moment he arrived, Israel was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He installed a digital lock and a new handle, rekeyed five doors, and even took the time to redo my weather stripping. With winter approaching, this extra attention to detail made me feel safe and prepared for the cold weather ahead. What I appreciated most about Israel was his honesty and integrity. He didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need, which is a breath of fresh air in today’s service industry. Instead, he focused on what was necessary and ensured that everything was completed efficiently. If you’re looking for a trustworthy locksmith who provides excellent service without the pressure to spend more, I highly recommend Israel and In and Out Locksmith Services, LLC. I now feel secure in my home, and I know I made the right choice! Thank you, Israel!
Isreal changed out my chrome deadbolt to a black deadbolt. He was very professional and friendly. It took him no time at all to change out my locks.
Professional demeanor. Responsive communication. Even came back quickly to make necessary corrections, per request. Would hire again. Thank you.
Israel was great to work with. Quick response and very effective with his work. I ordered the wrong locks initially then couldn’t find my original key to get the new lock re keyed. He willingly returned at a later date to fix my mistake. I highly recommend his services.
I needed a smart lock installed and reached out to Thumbtack. In N Out Locksmith responded in minute and was at my home within 20 minutes. I added a second set of locks to the project. Both locks were installed within an hour. He also assisted me with setting up the app. Super respectful and professional. I recommend In N Out and will definitely use In N Out Locksmith again.
Absolutely great service! Israel was very knowledgeable and was even able to help me choose the best look! I will definitely reach out to him for any of my locksmith needs!
The locksmith was very responsive and from the beginning of our interactions. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and rekeyed 5 locks and installed a keypad in less than an hour. He was very friendly and professional and offered great pricing. Definitely would recommend.
