Scheduled cleaner could not be reached so they sent a replacement an hour later. The cleaner only mopped the floors and cleaned the toilets, otherwise nothing else was cleaned. No countertops, no dusting, no bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks, etc. Trash cans weren’t even emptied. Terrible service, would NEVER recommend this company.

We are so disappointed with In Vogue Cleans. We booked them to do a deep clean of my sister’s house while she was in the hospital having her baby (scheduled c section so there was a specifically set time). The day before, the representative called to let us know that the cleaners they had booked were double booked and they were trying to find someone else to come the next day. They did find two people but did not give us their full names in writing as they had with the original ones, only told us over the phone that they were sending “Chastity and Kayla”. After they did their “cleaning” they didn’t wait for anyone to come look it over before leaving but when my other sister (not the one having the baby) got there she asked what they were supposed to have done bc it looked like nothing had been done. She sent me pictures of floors that hadn’t been swept, mopped, or vacuumed, countertops full of crumbs that hadn’t even been wiped down, and dust everywhere. In addition to the price for the full deep clean I had added on a carpet shampoo which was obviously not done either. I passed the pics to the representative who scheduled them to come back the next day to finish the job. They did come back and again wasn’t even noticeable that anything had been done. I’m sure with all the good reviews they have this probably has more to do with the cleaners more than the company itself. Hilton, their representative was very polite and helpful through the process of making it right, which he did, and I really appreciate. But beware of letting them send you “Chastity and Kayla”. In Vogue did a awesome job with my floors and bathrooms and it just made my life a little bit lighter. This was my first time ever hiring someone to help clean my house and it was a easy and smooth process .They were very responsive and very helpful with my schedule and punctual it made me very happy so I most definitely will be scheduling again.
Booking my service through In Vogue Cleans was very simple. The owner was responsive and made adjustments according to my needs. My cleaner, Takera, was also very sweet and took care of everything without being prompted. She went over stuff she missed at the end and was very cordial and professional throughout. I would book her again!
Did not use the service, but they answered the phone promptly to be of help and were wonderfully professional. I will recommend the service based on the politeness and willingness to offer same-day service.

I booked them the person who booked was very nice but the person who came to clean do not clean the apartment properly the bathroom was still left dirty though I did inform the person before booking that I just moved in and I have no supplies yet the cleaner can without the vaccume she clean part of the things in the house and took pics and left and I spoke to the person and Sen them pictures but still they did not do anything and did not give me discount basically I paid 142 fo nothing cuz I have to re clean everything the money went to waste do not book them and do not give the ur card details
Mat agreed to clean house for $97.00 Cleaning person took two hours to clean bedroom. Left garbage in baskets. Never cleaned shower stall (see pictures) Left floor dirty, toilet bowl. Avoid these people. Try to intimidate to get more money Scam
