We had been dealing with a networking problem for a few days. IN2 solutions got back to us right away, was able to come out the next day after business hours and fixed our issue quickly. Needed a starlink system set up….tech came out and got it set up super quick
When you move into a house without reliable internet and spotty service, and you work from home, it quickly becomes an emergency that requires prompt resolution. Scott scheduled to come out the very next day from when I reached out. He purchased and set up a mesh service, checked our camera service as well and followed up to make sure the issue was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Scott was great. He was very personable and professional. He found my problem right away and solved it. He also gave me a few tips on routers. I would definitely hire IN2 again.
Scott called to advise he was running late from another appointment. When he arrived, he was able to revive my old desktop and transfer all the files I wanted to recover directly to my external drive. He saved me $10 that way, rather than taking my desktop in. He also gave me some good advice about my hard drive. He was finished within an hour of arrival. He also advised me, that if I had further problems, he could work remotely with me then, at a further cost savings. I definitely recommend this company.

I CONTACTED IN2 SOLUTIONS THROUGH THUMBTACK .COM. I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM A TEAM MEMBER! I WAS ASKED TO BRIEFLY DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM AND ONCE I DID THEY SCHEDULED A DATE TO COME AND LOOK AT MY DAMAGED USB DRIVE. I WAS STUNNED TO KNOW THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT ON A SUNDAY!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, 100% OF MY USB WAS RECOVERED AND I AM AN EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER! IF I EVER HAVE A ISSUE IN THE FUTURE THEY WILL BE MY GO TOO!!
IN2 was very quick to respond. They ran an ethernet cable from back office to bar area televisions for three different TGI Fridays locations. They installed the AppleTV and confirmed it had internet and was streaming. Excellent work quality and I look forward to working with them in the future! Highly recommend.
