I had a great experience with Indoor Green Solutions. They completed mold remediation in a very tight crawlspace, and I was extremely impressed with the work they did. The crew took all the necessary steps to properly remove the mold, clean out the debris, and make sure the crawlspace was thoroughly taken care of. They were professional, hardworking, and very respectful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they showed up on time, and they kept me informed throughout the job. Once the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the debris and junk. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Indoor Green Solutions to anyone needing mold remediation. They completely forgot about our appointment and just failed to show up. Offered no apology or resolution. Totally unprofessional. Do not recommend
They reviewed the job virtually and were able to come out a couple days later to do the job. Thought it would take a few days, but they found the issue wasn't as bad as we thought it would be and they completed work in just a couple hours. Was ready for the next steps in my project 24 hours later. Highly recommend if you want the job done right.

Indoor was just so nice and professional. And they were done in one day.
I greatly appreciated the advice they offered by phone. When I described the issue, they explained how I could mitigate the problem myself and super cheaply, rather than charge me for a visit and unnecessary work. I valued the honesty and would absolutely call them again for any work I need done!

Honest about the assessment - and informed us that we did not actually need to hire someone. Other vendors gave us their minimum for the job.
While the service was expensive the 5 year warranty offset the price. They were punctual, thorough and efficient.
I literally looked for asbestos testing, this vendor came up, they called to tell me they dont so asbestos and hang up the call very rudely.
