Reviews
Josh was very helpful, he got the problem solved.
everything was going good until a different company called me with a different name and they said the service charge is not free and it was chargeable. He got my number from Thumbtack or something and called me and took it off the app too quickly. I use Thumbtack because I like the service they provide and I like the chat where all details are transparent. This was not part of my expectation for using Thumbtack to have some different company with a different name call me and tell me that the service fee was applicable when Thumbtack said it’s free.
