Chef Indy and her team were remarkably. We did a wine tasting pairing for my event and she nailed it.. She was very accommodating with last minute changes and the food was absolutely Amazing.. We are still talking about the Lamb and Tuna!!!!
Pre event Indy is extremely thorough. We had many chooses to build a menu. It was my Moms 90th birthday with 70 guest. The appetizers were delicious & the wait staff (Indy’s) team service was 5star⭐️.

Had a dinner for 11 for my wife’s 60th birthday. Indy was extremely cooperative and responsive, and very willing to work with us in preparing the menu, and making suggestions to make our dining experience even better. All our guests were very complimentary of Indy and James, their professionalism and their genuine hospitality. One of our guests asks for their contact info (a very good sign in my book). Kudos to Indy and James!
Indy helped me organize an amazing tasteful dinner for my mother’s birthday celebration. It was my first experience and I know we made the right choice with Indy. Chef Indy catered my birthday dinner for about 50 guests. Beforehand, she worked with me on creating the menu including appetizers, salad and entree. She was even accommodating to those with food allergies. She made sure I was satisfied with everything ahead of time which put my mind at ease. On the day of, Chef Indy did a great job serving my guests and making sure everything was in order. Everyone loved the food. And she even was able to adjust when Murphy's Law went into play at the venue. I'd definitely hire her again. Thanks!

I am hiring this service again in the future! She was very responsive from the start and had a variety of plates to choose from. Very punctual and brings all equipment needed for buffet. All the guest loved her food and were complimenting how delicious everything was! Her assistance were also great and helpful throughout the event. She leaves the kitchen and any area she uses clean! Definitely recommend her to anyone considering her service.
Chef Indihra and her staff were incredible! They made my husband’s 30th birthday party so memorable! The food and cocktails were amazing! Chef Indihra and her staff were so nice to work. We celebrated my wife’s retirement with our two grown children and their spouses. He had a few special request due to some food allergies. Indy was the BEST! She was very accommodating, easy to work with, listen to my needs and made excellent suggestions to meet our needs. Her professionalism was super, she knew just when to step in to make the dinner move just at the right speed, she fit right in with the family, with the conversation. Her assistant James was great as well professional, attentive and easy to work with. The food was outstanding from the appetizers, the salad, the main course right to the dessert. When they finished the kitchen was left spotless and all dishes were done, they left nothing for us to do. Thank you Indy and James for making our celebration so special!

Couldn’t of wished for a better experience! Chef Indy and her staff made it an amazing event. She helped with design and gave great recommendations. Food was so delicious, especially the scallop appetizers and shrimp/salmon dinner.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.Very responsive with communication, seeing up,on time,and friendly...not to forget the beauty of all the foods they helped me pick for my 1st Luau Bbq.Everyone loved the delicious variety that it almost looked too good to eat.I was too excited that I forgot to take pictures of such a wonderful spread.I will definitely recommend and use Indy for my annual Luau.Tbey even tex a reminder to start putting food away so it didn't go bad.Rice., stringbeans,Shrimp and chicken skewers along with salsa and fruit salad were my favorites 😋😍👌🤘
Amazing experience!!! Indy made everything possible and easy for me especially I’m inexperience and hosting my first bday for my daughter. Asked for a quote for different caterers and so far Indy’s gave me the most affordable quote. Despite of the food choices and accommodating my others request.She also helped me setting the buffet w/o extra cost. All my guests enjoyed the food. I will recommend her 100% to anyone especially when your in a budget. Her food is affordable and the quality and presentation is outstanding. Again thank you!!
Everyone absolutely loved each plate & the service was excellent. We also appreciated the details such as the glasses and menus. Indy brought everything she needed and even brought containers for left overs. She made sure to leave everything super clean & is highly recommended!
Chef Indy made my husband’s surprise birthday dinner a huge success. The food was delicious and there was an abundance of food that just kept coming. The scallops with that creamy sauce was my favorite. I will definitely contact Chef Indy again.
