Working with INEX Construction was a pleasure. Sonny and his team were very professional and technically competent. Starting with the initial communications, the onsite first meeting, the detailed estimate which was accurate from start to finish. Sonny listened attentively and worked with the Architect and brought the vision to a reality. Specifically the roof slope was changed from the original design to one that was better aesthetically (asphalt roofing vs. rusted existing flat roof) and functionally (steeper pitch drains better). Also worked with Local authorities for Permits and Inspection approvals. The job was completed on a timely basis, the worksite was meticulously left spotless and the result was a beautiful Porch for many years to come. I strongly recommend INEX Construction for your upcoming Construction Project. You won’t be disappointed!

We had the absolute best experience with Sonny and INEX Construction. Right from the beginning, Sonny was professional, pleasant and extremely easy to work with. The job was completed on budget and as estimated. Anytime I reached out with questions, the response back was immediate. I am so happy with my new deck and grateful I hired INEX to do the job. I highly recommend!
I started discussing my deck project with Sonny around January of this year. From our very first conversation, I felt comfortable working with him. I really appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions. He provided an estimate within a few days, but I decided to wait a few months until after the winter before moving forward. During that time, I did more research and decided to upgrade the project to Trex Transcend Lineage Island Mist decking with Trex Signature aluminum railings. Since these were considerably more expensive materials than we had originally discussed, Sonny patiently worked with me to revise the estimate and go through the different options. After comparing his proposal with quotes from a couple of other contractors, I decided to go with INEX Construction, and I'm very glad I did. Once I signed the contract, Sonny got to work right away. He provided all the documentation and drawings I needed for my homeowners association and township approvals. As soon as the permits and approvals were in place, he scheduled the project promptly. Sonny and his crew worked incredibly hard and completed the deck in about a week. I was especially impressed with how patiently Sonny worked with the township inspector through the different stages of inspection and made adjustments whenever necessary. His crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. I'm extremely happy with how the finished deck turned out. The workmanship is excellent, and I've already had several neighbors comment on how beautiful it looks. I would highly recommend Sonny and INEX Construction LLC to anyone considering a new deck. Sonny listens to what you want, works with you throughout the process, and has a hardworking team that delivers a beautiful finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
Great experience. Sonny was very patient with all my questions and was very thorough with the explanation of the work he was going to do. Work was done quickly and they left the area clean. We had a really old deck removed and an entire new one installed. I would highly recommend INex and plan to use them again with future work.
Hired INEX to replace my old wood deck with trex. Sonny was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the work was amazing. Both Sonny and his helper completed the job timely and cleaned up the work area. Good work is hard to come by and I would recommend INEX to all my friends and family.
he project for redeveloping my steps was perfectly done. All work was done very professionally and accurately. The ideas company suggested were very original and definitely enhanced my steps.
InEx Construction built a beautiful deck that has truly elevated our home. Sonny was reliable, punctual, and incredibly flexible-offering a range of options that fit our budget and needs. His communication was clear and kind throughout, and he clearly takes pride in his craft.
Mr Sonny and his team have done an excellent job, my deck needed to be renovated completely, the material selected was wood composite with white rails and frame, they work for 4 days, very professionals...when they finished the job they cleaned all around . I am very happy and satisfied with their job, this new deck makes my house more beautiful, Thanks InEx construction!
Sonny completed a deck repair for us. He stuck your budget and did amazing work- punctual, professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Good quality work for a fair price.
Im very satisfied with the lattice INex Construction installed with my deck for me in Parsippany NJ. He was very responsive, professional and did a clean quality job. Thank you
Working with Sonny and his crew was a great experience for finishing our large basement. The team is trustworthy and hardworking, and were even willing to revise the plan with me a few times after I changed things midway. I will absolutely work with InEx Construction again for future indoor AND outdoor projects. Thank you Sonny and team!
Inex Construction replaced my back deck in a timely manner. Sony was the young man that I met, explained to me what needed to be done so that the deck would last. He worked with my budget as well. I must say they did an amazing job, and I'm very happy with the outcome. They cleaned the deck after they were done and took all the garbage. I've attached before-and-after pictures.
