Took multiple phone calls and texts for them to schedule someone to come for our drywall job. The person they sent was different than the one who texted. When he showed up we realized that he did not speak one word of English so we had to call the company several times to let them know he would not work out. It is a big job that required lots of communication and we do not speak Spanish. We needed up finding someone outside of thumbtack.

On arrival he was very professional. I hired him to paint my windows on the patio; but he came unprepared without even a drop cloth. I gave him a time that I need to leave for work and he told me he will be finished on time. There were also side slats that hold the screens in place and I told him not to paint on them as they will get stuck. He didn’t finish on time but even then he left the patio a mess. I informed him about it and he made another date to fix the mistake. I also asked him to do the windows screens for a few and he accepted. Whilst he was doing the screens his colleague was giving the windows a second paint. He finished the screens and when I saw them I realized he miscalculated the measurements. His colleague also painted the windows down. I told him the mistakes he made and decided that I didn’t like him. I had told him how important this was because my house is about to go on sale. Today he was supposed to be here to fix the mistakes and he texts me at the time he was supposed to be here to say that he cannot come. Very unprofessional; he should have called me earlier on during the day, especially as I left work early to be here for him.

Absolutely superb to work with. Luis and his team did an amazing job and I am extremely happy and grateful. They work very hard and did a fantastic job replacing my rotten floors.
They installed two sun shades, and did a very good job even taking the time to adjust anchor points to ensure quality. I accepted a 6 PM time slot. So, it was already dark when they started the job, but it was no problem.
