I hired Innovate Renovations LLC to replace a broken window and double doors on a concrete block shed. I was very pleased with their work and attention to detail! They spent extra time making sure the shed doors aligned properly and making adjustments to the new window so it would fit the original opening. Communication was great and the team was very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for future projects!

In a word “ Spectacular “! Their price was competitive and fair, their response for the estimate was super fast and they came out the next day which meant a lot to us! Showed up on time with great communication. The work quality looks beautiful and when completed, they cleaned up everything leaving the worksite spotless, even used the blower on the deck! We had an “add on” mid project and the price to do it was in line and fair. Great ( and I mean GREAT) communication which is so important! We will have more work for them to do and look forward to using them again. I built the deck originally and appreciate the attention to detail the finished product offers. No heartache, no disappointments, no chasing them down to finish the job, no nonsense, just top quality, professional and reliable work at a reasonable price. Check out the pictures we took before and after!
Nothing but good things to say about Innovate. Extremely prompt and great value for a framing project on my back porch. Along the way, they discovered some rotten wood on my house and fixed it. I am extremely pleased and would hire them again in a second.
This provder was very responaive and helpful. l
Excellent work
I had a great experience working with Innovate Renovations LLC. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. That level of professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress free. I brought them in to frame a few bookcases so they would look like custom built ins, and they absolutely delivered. The attention to detail was impressive, and the finished product looks clean, seamless, and exactly how I envisioned it. You can tell they take pride in their work. They showed up on time, stayed organized, and kept everything neat while they worked. It is not always easy finding a contractor who combines quality craftsmanship with reliability, but they checked both boxes. I would definitely recommend Innovate Renovations LLC to anyone looking for quality work and a team that actually follows through. I will be using them again for future projects.
They did a great job for the platform deck I wanted. Very professional and on time.
Jorge helped us build boxes and shelves for displaying artwork. He was responsive, professional, and kept us updated throughout the process with clear communication about the details and progress. We would definitely hire him again.
After getting several estimates to repair exterior door and window trims I decided going with Innovate Renovation LLC. Great experience working with Jorge Argueta from start to finish. Great job repair/replace rotten wood trims with pvc trims. Thoroughly cleaned up and made sure I'm happy afterwards. His work exceeded my expectations and I even asked him for a couple more estimates for future work around my house. I highly recommend Jorge for his expertise.
My deck project was not an easy one. This team worked hard and did a great job. I am pleased with the work and very appreciative of their time and work. I would use them again and highly recommend them for your next project.
My job was small but important to me and my cats. He was willing to come reinstall or sure up cat furniture that had fallen or just pulled away from the wall. Now the wall looks as good as it did when it was installed nine years ago. He responded and kept in touch. He let me know the cost. But more importantly, he was able to come the next day. He called to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take. I am happy to recommend him and use him again if needed.
Jorge’s work was excellent. He was communicative, punctual, fair price, quality work. I will definitely use him in the future!

Jorge and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. Jorge pointed out the problem areas in our current deck structure and explained why the decking failed. We now have a Deck that is Safe and sturdy my wife and I are very Happy with his work and finished product.
I reached out to Innovate Renovations for a few structural and cosmetic issues with our deck, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. I sent over some photos and quickly received a fair estimate the next day. The repair work was high quality and carefully done. They addressed every issue we discussed and made sure everything was secure, aligned, and looked great. The deck feels solid again, and the finish matches perfectly with the existing woodwork.
Nothing short of exceptional. Communication was excellent. Walking me through my project with patience and recommendations really helped me understand. And end result was a beautiful window seat on my box bay window. Thank you Henry and your team. D
Excellent work at a reasonable price. Jorge is professional and responsive.
Jorge & Henry at Innovate Renovations LLC were responsive to my inquiry regarding having Crown Molding installed in our Family Room, Kitchen, Sunroom, Three Bedroom’s and Two Bathrooms. Henry came out and measured all of the rooms and Jorge sent us an Estimate that we couldn’t turn down. Needless to say they completed the whole job in two days and all of our rooms look absolutely fantastic. The Crown Molding makes them Pop!! And will increase the value of our home if and when we decide to sell it. Jorge and his team were very professional, prompt and considerate and our home and possessions. Thank you Innovate Renovations LLC Would Definitely Hire Again!!
Jorge was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job installing the wall paneling and painted our room as well. Will be booking him for other projects!
I would have given a 5 star rating because the service was excellent and the quality of work outstanding, communication, excellent; and the pricing I felt was fair. The only problem I had is he told me I could pay with my credit card - I want cash back on large amounts. When I had to pay he wanted Zelle which gets me nothing in return. I have hired him for more work.
