Very quick with response time, I noticed that right away. Very easy to work with and I appreciated that alot. The work speaks for itself i was provided with complementary maintenance. 2 thumbs up. Great job!
My door was off the rails and the technicians got it working quickly; less than 20 minutes and charged $450. I think that’s pretty steep but something to consider.
Everything was great, quick response, spoke with me over the phone I explained my issue and was able to send photos and videos. They were a pleasure to work with.
I got a nearly instantaneous reply to my Thumbtack inquiry. The technician was readily available and did the work professionally at a reasonable price. Their work is guaranteed for a year which is a nice bonus.
We just moved into a house, and IDS quickly repaired a safety concern with our garage door. James was super responsive, and did a great job. He even tacked down some loose weather stripping that I didn’t mention but needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend using IDS.
John was punctual , prepared, and professional! He worked fast and even allowed me to learn a few things! He’s great! Thank you :-) 10 out of 10 recommend !
Innovative Door Systems reached out to me promptly after my Thumbtack post, and came out when they said they would and got the job done quickly.
Very quick response. I spoke to them on Sunday. The job was completed on Monday. They provided excellent communication and were on the job on time. I highly recommend for your garage door needs.
The expected work was clearly explained and my options were explained. Eventually I ended up not needing to spend too much. Trustworthy and would recommend.
