Succinct review: Charlie promptly and professionally removed our kitchen island (including electrical) and carefully salvaged the granite countertop. He kept me updated throughout the process and did a great job. We highly recommend and will likely hire him again.

About Innovative property remodel
I started Innovative Property Remodel because I believe homeowners deserve honest work, clear communication, and results they can actually enjoy living with. When you hire me, you’re not dealing with a salesperson or a middleman. You’re dealing directly with the person responsible for your project. I listen carefully, explain options clearly, and make sure the work is done right, not rushed. I treat every home with respect. I show up when I say I will, keep the job site clean, and focus on the details that make a real difference. No surprises, no shortcuts, and no pressure to spend more than you need to. My goal is simple: when the job is done, you feel confident you made the right choice.
Reviews
Charlie and team were excellent to work with on my kitchen remodel. He gave me suggestions and worked with my vision to bring it to reality. I am beyond pleased with his work and highly recommend his services. He stands behind his work and is communicative throughout the process.
Innovation owner, is a nice polite gentleman. Innovation remodeled my kitchen, half bath and one of my full baths, painted just about my whole house and laid laminate on the whole upstairs area. I like the work and the price was about $9000 less than most estimates I got. I will give his work a 7.5 out of 10. The reason for not giving it a 10 is simply because the project took extremely too long due to him not having enough help and not coming some days and not being accountable for his employees work. I would definitely use him again but for smaller projects. Again the work itself was a 8.
IPR did an absolute phenomenal job on my project! From start to finish, Charlie and his crew was professional, skilled, and incredibly detailed with his craftsmanship. I had several issues with a previous contractor. He took the time to assess the situation, offer solutions and made sure everything was done correctly. He was true to his word when other set back surfaced and was key to getting my project back on track and completed. The final results exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a someone who takes true pride in his work and reliable, I highly recommend Charlie. I will definitely be hiring him again!
