Reviews
These guys are absolutely fantastic. I will be hiring and referring them budiness any chance I get
Bohdan takes his job seriously and goes above and beyond. Friendly and professional.
Very professional, excellent work ethic, clean job site, great staff, and nothing change on the agreement on price. One last thing the quality of the work was perfect.
Couldn’t be happier - project was completed quickly and on budget. Team was responsive and great to work with. Did a really high quality job in record time. They refaced a dated fireplace and installed two picture windows. We can’t wait to use them again for future projects. Definitely recommend!
They did excellent work. Exactly what I needed. Flexible for work add-ons as well. I would recommend them and use them again.
We had a great experience with Inreal- they were responsive and took full ownership of the project and completed anything as per plan.
The contractors were very friendly and did a good job overall filling in the wall above our fireplace. An area of opportunity is for the team to have a more predictable schedule of when they were planning to come (as the job took multiple days) and communicating the plan to us. It was unclear at times when to expect them. Happy overall with their work!
Inreal did an amazing job with my wall panel project. I had tried to do it myself and made a few mistakes. They came for the quote on Friday, started and completed the work on Monday. They took out the paneling on the wall I tried to do myself and replaced it with perfect wall paneling. looks amazing and will be working with them again in the near future .
Great group to with, timely, professional, great price. Definitely using them again
I hired this company for a full home reconstruction (flip) project, including framing and many major remodel changes in a house I purchased as an investment. I am extremely happy with the results. The quality of work and level of responsibility they showed truly exceeded my expectations. I especially want to highlight their architect and engineer. Everything was calculated precisely, and they helped me through every step of the process, answering all questions and making sure the project was done correctly. Thank you for the great work. I highly recommend this company.
Thanks for quickly responding.
I’m so glad I hired InReal to build my deck, roof with Cedar underneath and lighting. The outcome was beyond my expectations. They started the job right away and showed up when they told me they would. Worked very hard, and came up with creative solutions for some problem areas. Alex was very responsive, responding to any questions I had immediately. Alex and Harry along with a couple of others showed exceptional communication skills, and ability to build with exceptional skill. I also appreciated their friendliness and ability to accommodate special requests . They’re great. I’ll use them again. Jill.
Alex and his team made my West Seattle flip a smooth, standout experience from start to finish. They were impressively punctual, showing up every day to check on subs and make sure work was progressing as planned. The project finished exactly within 3 months which involved full remodel of the house . The level of communication was top notch—I always got updates right away on any issues discovered after drywall removal, which made decision-making easy and stress-free. Alex and his team’s knowledge and advice were invaluable, always offering creative, cost-saving recommendations without cutting corners and keeping the project on budget. I could always count on clear, itemized bills for every stage of the job, which made tracking expenses simple. Their flexibility to adapt to changes mid-project, paired with consistent high-quality workmanship and reliable follow-through, truly set them apart. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a skilled, communicative, and dependable partner for a home renovation or flip.
I had a great experience working with Alex and his team. From the first time I contacted him he has been very communicative and very punctual. No beating around the bush what he says he can do he delivers and is very honest and forthcoming about his workload, time commitment and expenses. I had a couple of projects that he worked on and the results were better than I even imagined. I will use his services again no question and would highly recommend him, in fact, I’ve already recommended him to family that are now working with him. 5 stars are well deserved. I included photos of the before and after of my very old and hammered shed turned to a beautiful office.
These guys provided a fair quote in a competitive bidding process, established and stuck to deadlines, and communicated clearly and professionally through the project, including when adjustments for unforeseens needed to be made. Honest, trustworthy group of guys that do quality work.
I had a fantastic experience working with Alex and the InReal Construction team on my backyard office project. They completed the build in a short amount of time while keeping communication clear and consistent throughout the process. Alex made sure every detail was to my liking, and I appreciated that there were no major surprises with pricing along the way. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend InReal Construction to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service!
The project was uncomfortably beyond my experience, but after seeing it done — I think I could have done it myself. WAY slower though, and not as nicely done. He was able to reuse my cedar siding! The price wasn't the lowest, but overall, a good deal. I'd used InReal In. again.
My porch post had rotted wood, so Alex
InReal brought my front door back to life. Two showed up, took the door off its hinges and stripped the old finish. The results speak for themselves. See the before and after photos attached.
