Frank did an excellent job with both inspections we needed for our new home. He was very responsive and his reports were detailed yet easy to understand. I'd recommend Inspected By to anyone who's looking for an inspector at a reasonable price.
Frank inspected our home and gave us peace of mind by pointing at things that needed to be fixed by the builder. Thank you for your punctuality and professionalism.
Responsive, professional and quick turn around on the report for a new build pre-drywall inspection. Would definitely recommend!
I enjoyed my experience with Frank as my home inspector. I am in the processing of purchasing a new home and Frank was very professional and provided very detailed feedback on his inspection of the home. He provided details that I would not have thought to even consider that the seller needed to review and fix. I was very pleased with his service and I highly recommend.
Frank did my pre dry wall inspection for my new construction home. Frank communicated the process well and made everything easy. His price was fair and he did a great job. Would recommend his services.
Was very pleasant to work with and professional would recommend
Frank did an outstanding job inspecting my new construction home. He was incredibly thorough, identifying several items that the builder needed to address before closing. His expertise gave me real peace of mind during the final stages of the build. Highly recommend Frank for anyone needing a reliable home inspector!
Frank responded instantly. Pricing was great. Schedule was great. On the day of the appointment, he explawhat he was doing and asked what my concerns were with my project. Once the inspection was done, he explained what he found in the inspection. The final/written report was submitted within 24 hours.
The main reason for hiring the inspector was to inspect my attic. I just had insulation topped off and the company sprayed a chemical that I was having a reaction to and refused to give me a list of chemicals that they used. I also did not authorize sealing. This was my primary reason for hiring the inspector. I relayed all of this to the inspector. Everyone that I interviewed, I asked if they go into attics. After speaking with Frank, we settled on doing a whole house inspection with the attic being last. Got into the attic and he saw all of the insulation and said he didn’t feel comfortable walking on the rafters. I wish he relayed that to me prior to hiring him because an inspection of my attic is the primary reason why I hired him. We spent about 3 minutes talking in the attic about why he was hired. The attic was the first thing I mentioned during our conversation. While standing on the platform in my attic, he took a misstep and almost fell through the ceiling, causing damage to my home! He never attempted to go on the rafters or inspect anything up there, as the entire time was spent telling me he did not feel comfortable walking on the 2x4s. This was all while standing on the supported platform, which was baffling to me. He asked me to pay up front which I regret doing because I didn’t get what I hired him for — an inspection of my attic. Now I’m fighting with his insurance company who will cover the drywall repair but won’t cover the costs to clean my home or ductwork because fiberglass insulation is everywhere as well as drywall dust. My mother has COPD and emphysema and I’m allergic to dust and this has caused us to have to relocate until things have been cleaned up. I am considering filing a dispute with my credit card company because I didn’t not get what I paid for — a whole house inspection. Frank is not going to cover what the insurance company won’t. While I was waiting for the insurance company to get in touch with me, I asked him if he could come and at least put some plastic over that hole to minimize the dust as well as have the dangling piece of drywall removed for safety reasons. He refused. This situation has caused me headaches, time, inconvenience and money and I never got what I paid for — a full home inspection with emphasis on the attic.
