Ralph was also very personable and very sweet. He came and looked at my floors and told me what he recommends. All the price were written out and broken down very clearly for me. The team was punctual, came even earlier, and worked non-stop until 5:30. We did flooring for our entire home. And they finished in 3 days. Very quick and quality work. I cannot be happier! It’s hard to explain how great of an experience we had with Ralph and his company. He was very professional, punctual and provided a great, fair price. He was willing to work with us on exactly what we wanted and the end result was fantastic! We had 2,200 sq ft of LVP installed in a few days. Ralph tiled 2 rooms in a rental apt that I have. He showed up promptly for our first appointment and really took the time to look around to see what needed to be done. (Mine was not an easy job) He told me how much it would cost and that was exactly how much he charged me - it was all such a breath of fresh air after some of the other contractors I had met with. I appreciated his professionalism and he did a great job for me. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.
Ralph provided a fair quote and wanted to start the next week. Due to the large scale of our job, we had to order the tile from the manufacturer. This delayed the project start by week. Due to Ralph's schedule and a business trip the project was pushed out further. I communicated with Ralph to let him know when I would be back intown, so I could get my install scheduled and completed. He would commit to a time and something would come up and he would need to push the date to begin back. During all of this I was very accommodating and understanding about all the setbacks! Now he will not return texts or respond to emails! By the way this project was put out for bids on 1/25/17.
