They were called due to a breaker that wouldn't stay on connected to my furnace. Once they were done it was a appliance issue and now one of my three bulbs in my kitchen wont stay off when i switch to off. I didn't have any issues with my kitchen at all. They were willing to come back for more work but not willing to return to fix this issue caused after their assessment. I don't recommend.

While the work that was requested was generally solid, it took four visits for it to be completed. During one of these visits a hole was drilled through our outer wall to inside our house--so yep, through the thickness of the house. No one disclosed this event to us. My husband discovered it while examining the mysterious pile of sawdust behind our bookcase. When we called to ask for it to be repaired, Integra did not follow up for weeks. Then months. Two contractors they hired ghosted us. Five-and-a-half months later the hole has been repaired, but only after many follow-phone calls from us. We have asked for a discount, and they have refused. We have many future projects including lighting installations, but will not be calling this company. Don't hire this company, since they do not live up to their own name.
They were punctual responsive and professional. Much more expensive than expected for what I considered a simple job. So I cant give them a five stars.
Integra Electrical was awesome to work with. They were very communicative and friendly! We also love that they sent the name and photo of our electrician ahead of time so we knew who would be coming to our home. We will definitely use them again for any electrical needs!

Good company. Pros- easy scheduling, quick response, very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Con- pricing. It was higher than others. This kept me at a 4 rating.
I was charged $69 for a marketing pitch I did not want. They wanted an additional $200 on top of that to simply install a ceiling light (that was the minimum; I was also given a $16,000 option). Obviously, I found a reasonably priced service to do the actual install after I spent unnecessary time and money with Integra. Please learn from my expensive mistake and hire someone else from the start.

This is a company that I will be using for my future electrical needs. A full house inspection, detailed and quality work, and very responsive and professional. The price was more than I planned on but looking back I think it was well worth it!

I called on Monday and the appointment was set for Wednesday morning. John came and was very professional answered all my questions and offered me 3 different options with no pressure. Daniel arrived in less than 1 hour to do the electrical work. Work was done just as I asked. It was the highest quality work and he completely cleaned up after himself. Fantastic job!
