Gerald did good work, if he managed to come and come on time. If he did manage to come he would be late but once he did come he committed an entire day to do the project and the work was good. However, some grout chipped out with in two days, would have been a very simple fix, just 3, 4” tiles affected. I messed Gerald, it took home a week to respond by text, he told me he would come the next day, he didn’t show up, I messaged him again he said he had a medical issue and couldn’t come, told him to take care of himself and get a hold of me. It’s now been about 3 weeks and haven’t heard from him. At this point I don’t want him to come and fix it.

Gerald replaced several broken floor tiles around our property, he was punctual, did good work, cleaned up, and charged a reasonable fee. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

I fully recommend Gerald as he did a small tiling job, for me with care and attention to detail. He cares what he does and even cleaned up and washed out the shower tub to finish off. A real professional. Use him, I certainly will in the future. Thanks Gerald.
